Mark our waiter was extremely attentive, and sweet both times me and my boyfriend stopped here. We had the chocolate martinis they were super delicious. My boyfriend had the burger sliders the first night we went and I had the lobster with arepa. Both were a specialty of the day. The food was very good, but the ambience with the music the first night we went was just perfect. I had their Chardonnay which was very delicious and for dessert we shared a Nutella crêpe with strawberries. The second time around we just went for dessert and a drink. Once again we each decided to have a chocolate martinis. SUPERDELICIOUS, you have to have it… Even if your not much of a chocolate person– you will love it. We also shared the dessert nutella fondue, the only thing missing was an extra side of fruit like they could add banana with the strawberries, for the price it is missing a little something. All in all, I recommend this place, they are very gourmet and boutique, if you can have Mark as your server he is spectacular and adds value to this restaurant.

Stop by here with friends after brunch for some sweets and we were greatly satisfied. I had the White Passion and chocolate mojito and both drinks were good. My friends got the crème brûlée, chocolate croissant, and crepes and I got to taste each of them and they were delicious. Everything about the atmosphere was on point.

If you want a chocolate overdose, this is it! The European style chocolate is literally melted chocolate served in a cup. The French toast is like a chocolate cake with cream and some fruit. The most heavy brunch, but sooo good. The place is what it says it is.

This was the worst experience I have ever received in my life. It took them 2 hours to bring our food which we had 3 mini burgers with 8 French fries. We weren’t given water, until asked multiple times. We didn’t get bread or anything while waiting and nobody apologized at all.

Worst service ever. Waited over an hour from when we ordered to get our food, no apology, and our drinks were not filled a single time. The food was decent, but was not worth an hour wait. Shocked that we got no apology from the owner. Will never be back here again or recommend to anyone else.

Amazing staff!!! Service was friendly, prompt, and they took the time to answer any and all questions. We came in after driving by and being intrigued, so happy we did! This may have just become my new favorite spot in San Juan! They have parking in the rear. Indoor and outdoor seating, music was being played softly inside. Beautiful artwork and décor inside. We began with the Manchego fondue and it was phenomenal!!! We had the berry white, the white fashion, and a bottle of the cab. The cocktails were sweet, strong, and delicious. The owner came over and asked if we wanted to try the coquito martinis for the next round, these were out of this world amazing!!! I do not understand how there isn’t a line to get in here! For mains we had the filet, the skirt steak, and the mofongo. My husband loved the skirt steak. Our friend was impressed with the fillet and mashed plaintains it came with. The mofongo was tasty, but not the best I’ve ever had. For dessert we had the Crème brûlée and be pizza. The Crème brûlée was the best I have ever had! We try it wherever we go, and this was crunchy top, with smooth white chocolately cream and fresh berries. The presentation and attention to detail with every dish and drink was beyond impressive. The pizza we would have skipped, but I bet someone else would find it amazing. good chocolate and strawberries on a thin crust. Great quality! I decided to grab a box of chocolate to go, while a little on the pricey side each piece is a piece of artwork. Carefully handcrafted and it shows both in the presentation and taste!!! I would very much recommend a stop in here, even if you don’t like chocolate… but I don’t know if I can trust you if you don’t like chocolate!

We were really excited about going to this café! We live down the street, and we’ve been dreaming about chocolate fondue ever since we first saw this place. It looked cute and trendy, so we decided to give it a try for a late brunch yesterday. The place was empty except for us and we were greeted and seated and given water and five different menus. We perused our options and then had the following conversation with our waitress about the $ 18 Eggs Benedict(!), that my wife and I wanted to share: Me: «So, would it be possible to get the Eggs Benedict with the bacon on the side?» Waitress: «Well, it’s Canadian Bacon.» Me: «Okay, can we get the Canadian Bacon on the side?» Waitress: «Well, no. When we’ve had vegetarians in here in the past, the chef hasn’t wanted to ruin his display by putting the bacon on the side. He said it doesn’t look right.» Friend: «But she’s a vegetarian. She’s asking for a different version.» Waitress: «I’ll ask.» And so, she did. The chef was out, the owner said the exception was fine, and our food came out. We also ordered the French toast brunch, which came with a side of potatoes and fruit salad. Things that were amazing: the hot chocolate, which is creamy and delicious, the fruit salad, even though it’s only about the size of a golf ball, and the wonderful French toast. However. When my meal came out, the potatoes had bacon all over them. The waitress claimed that I never said I was vegetarian. I guess that’s technically true, since my friend is the one who said it, but *honestly*. The waitress argued with me about being a vegetarian and then offered to bring out fries instead. No, thank you. Basically, some hits here, but overall waaay too expensive for the quantity and quality of the food. The Eggs Benedict was very bland in every way, and the portions were tiny. Also, terrible service and VEGETARIANSAREUNWELCOME.

A great little place. Firstly a great little restaurant bar and secondly an art studio featuring some very cool contemporary painting by a Brooklyn expat. We stopped in for Sunday brunch. Awesome eggs benedict and my son had their chocolate croissant with choc sauce. Great food and service!

Had an excellent post-dinner bottle(s) of wine and very solid choice of desserts. Our waiter, Ariel, provided excellent service and good conversation. A few of the waiters(including Ariel) were able to help my non-Spanish speaking friends and I out where necessary. Overall it was a very relaxing, cool atmosphere that was perfect for continuing a night out in San Juan.

3.5 stars Had a friend in from out of town and our realtor had heard great things about this place, altho he, himself, hadn’t been yet. This place has been open for 1.5 months. French/tapas/fondue. Kind of an unusual mix of cuisine. NEIGHBORHOOD: 3 stars — down the street from gallery plaza, near Bebo’s — prob wouldn’t walk around by myself. PARKING: 4 stars — valet $ 4 — street AMBIANCE: 4 stars — clean, very spacious for the amount of tables they put out — they have beautiful display cases of chocolates. we had to ask if they actually serve dinner, cuz looks like it’s a dessert-only establishment SERVICE: 4 stars — generally polite and accommodating — needed help from the kitchen on my questions about some dishes — some service aspects need to be ironed out but, overall, passable FOOD: 3.5 stars — FRENCHONIONSOUP: Terrific. Onions sweet. Broth tasty and not too salty. Swiss cheese was really good, and I hate Swiss cheese. Rivals Bistro de Paris’ onion soup — MANCHEGOCHEESEFONDUEWITHGRANNYSMITHAPPLESANDBREAD: need to keep on top of the fire under the fondue o/w the cheese got hard and chewy. Friend was a huge fan.(He’s a member of Melting Pot) — ELCEVICHEBLANCO: with white chocolate, coconut milk and Batata chips. The flavors never really blended for me. Tasted forced together — ELPOLLOTHAI: chicken on skewers with peanut satay. Prob the weakest dish. Dry breast. Was marinaded in coconut milk? And curry. Might have done better if brined or cooked medium. Satay saved the dish — CANARD L’ORANGE: personal taste, I prefer duck rare. But the sauce was tasty. Husband was a fan — ELMIGNON: in chocolate sauce and mashed yucca side. Steak was cooked med. I think I would ask for rare. Wasn’t thinking. Nor did they ask. Maybe meant to be served medium. Yucca was amazing DESSERT: too full! Would like to come back again when they’re past their growing pains and if they change up the menu or i would come just for the onion soup. but overall was a solid dinner meal.
