Very very bad. I didn’t think it was possible for anyone to make pizza this poorly in Rome! Completely watery and runny. Eggplant Parmesan was so so at best

Yes, I think they are a chain but good formula. They do the Naples version of Pizza well and for the central Rome location, prices are fairly reasonable.

Recommended by our Italian host as great pizza, we agree. The crust is just the right texture for a thin crust pizza. We ordered the Margherita, which we’ve since been told, was named after a Queen of Italy, after she asked her chef to create something ‘new’ for her. He did, honoring the colors of the Italian flag: marinara for red, mozarella for white, basilico for green. Even if that’s not true its a nice thought. :-) We also ordered the fettucini with lobster. The dish did not come with a traditional lobster tail we expected, but with smaller lobsters, halved. The dish as tasty, but order only if you like your pasta and lobster with a lot of butter. Service was attentive, but not over-bearing, which we’ve found to be a theme here in Italy. You must ask for the check, they will not rush you out. We sat outside. The restaurant really came alive the later it got. We ate around 9pm and people kept coming. Seemed like a more local crowd. If we had the time we’d go back for the pizza.

Very nice comfortable, spacious, modern vibe. The service was great, the staff at the front were very friendly and charming. The waiter provided the right amount of attentiveness. The food matched the décor and service. We started with the octopus with black olives and the local mozzarella. Both very fresh and generous sized portions. For the main, i ordered the pizza. Thin crust with very fresh ingredients. My friend had the grilled chicken dish, which was a good sized portion and very tasty. Considering the location in the center of rome, the price was reasonable.
