This place ticks all the right places for a steakhouse. Right decoration and ambience (but a bit too dark for me). Great starters choices. We had the seafood on ice, which was fabulous. The seafood was fresh and tasty. We shared Chateaubriand and Porterhouse among four of us. Both were excellent. The fries were fantastic. We have two variety: duck fat ones and truffled ones. I really like the duck fat fries. We also had some white asparagus, which were delicious and sweet. For dessert, we had the dark rum baba and chocolate mud pie. Both are good. The rum baba was very interesting and special.

Surprisingly poor service for a top rated restaurant within a five star hotel in Hong Kong. Food quality was very good but over shadowed by the rushed and indifferent servers.

My favorite steakhouse in Hong Kong since they opened. The service is great; the ambience is classic steakhouse and the steaks are standout! We’ve tried a number of different steaks here, and they are all delicious. A point to note though, they consistently undercook the steaks so if you want a medium rare, order a medium. Great oysters and soups to start as well.
