Cheap menu, very hit or miss. Has made several members of my family very sick. My son refuses to eat here. Rightfully so.

We went here because my mom wanted to. We were the only table in the whole restaurant on a Saturday evening. There were other customers too, but all were take-out. Interior was worn and dated. Not really surprising for a Chinese restaurant. If you have nicer décor, you’ll pay more for your food. Most of the time, Asians do not want to pay more for their food and will put up with subpar décor because it’s only on the walls, but we sure love good food. Apparently there is a Chinese menu and a different set menu is what my mother told me. We were here for a late Chinese New Year family get-together. Maybe my mother meant that there was a Chinese New Year special menu. My mother did the ordering before we even arrived, so I’m not sure what we actually were suppose to be getting until it arrived, so I don’t know the proper names on the menu for what we got. The crab legs and sauce was amazing. The sauce was so tasty… possibly heavily dominated by oyster sauce. So were the shrimp with its spicy sauce; however the shrimp still had shells on it. When you got the shell off, the sauce was removed along with the shell. That was disappointing… peeled shrimp couldn’t have been that much more expensive for a better dish. The other dishes were not so good… like pork knuckles. If you are a fan of soft chewy things, it might be the texture for you. Apparently knuckles is a special dish for Chinese New Year. The fried rice in a lotus leaf could have also been better. Flavour was lacklustre. Maybe their dim sum is better. I’m not sure if I’d go back on my own accord.

Was not impressed at all coming here. Dirty bathrooms, menu falling apart, and not to mention some prices had writing over top so between my spouse and I our prices were different. Spouse tried ordering a wonton to go, charged us more than the price on the menu, and the lady was talking on the phone and checking herself out in the mirror the whole time. Horrible service, we left before we got a chance to order. Would never go back. Sad thing is my spouse said they used to be really good, now he would not even trust the food.

Don’t eat here unless you speak Chinese. Ordered Steak, got a Pork Chop. TV was playing a Steven Segal movie with a full frontal nudity, a sex scene, and various gun/knife fights.
