Food was delivered cold. The chicken smells and taste funny. the driver charge delivery fee twice… will not order from here again… worst ever… I have to throw away 60 $ worth of food.

Delivery took a long time, over an hour. Won ton soup was quite cold on arrival– the rest of the food was not much hotter. Deep fried wontons were different than any other place I’ve tried– they bread the cooked and wet noodles so you have these soggy balls with wet insides. We both tried one then threw out the rest. Otherwise, the rest of the food was fine, nothing exciting and a bit greasy. Definitely not worth the wait. On a positive note, the portion sizes were quite large.

Um, don’t go inside, it looks like you’re eating in an alley or even more accurate an alley in the DTES/Chinatown. I came to pick up my order, sat for 35 mins, and they realized my food was already ready and sitting on the counter. So five stars for speed, one star for being a typical Chinese restaurant with bad food-court like food and horrible customer service. I’m disappointed that we share the same name :(Mr. Chow.

Bad service.
Exceptionally slow delivery service. Quoted 45 mins to 1 hr, waited much longer. Called to check on our food, staff was not concerned that it hadn’t been delivered yet. Said the delivery man had left ‘a while ago’ and that was all we got.

solid 3.5 stars, it’s purely a takeout place, which I find are bigger portions as they have lesser overhead, though there is about 6 – 7 tables.
Hidden in a plaza off to the side. Was here sometime last year, next to a Korean resto which is more prominent.
Had the lemon chicken, it’s a winner lol.

UPDATE 2014: Recently ordered takeout from here. Food was chewy, smelled terrible and looked like it was sitting out for an entire day. Haven’t ordered back since. I raved about this place to my mom who thought it was disgusting – very embarassing. Do not order the squid, please. Did they change chefs? So disappointed.
July 2013:
I love this place! I haven’t eaten at the restaurant yet as I order takeout online. But the food delivers to my door within 25 minutes. The food is delicious with HUGE quantities. A dinner for two could easily feed four people. You get tonnes of food for a good price. I’m surprised that there is such a good chinese restaurant in PoCo. Try any of their wonton soups – super flavourful!
