This place is a minefield.
As mentioned in my previous reviews, I’m a sucker for good service.
Add to that a vast range of musical instrument porn, & the grip on my wallet goes weak. Seriously, I have to avoid this place because the longer I spend in the shop, the most I try to justify in my mind why I need that ninth guitar, or that fifth amp, or perhaps I should pick up a bass guitar (I mean, that’s kinda different to a regular guitar right?), or maybe just some accessories for my instruments. Nevermind that I hardly make enough time to play them anyway…
The range they offer is great, from cheap basics for beginners, to beautiful collectors pieces that are worth a healthy amount of monies… Nothing extravagant though, all very competitive with the local market rates.
Staff are helpful but never pushy, you know how annoying it is trying to shop for things when people are practically trying to rip your wallet out of your pocket? Well here at Concept, they strike a healthy balance of friendliness and professionalism. Their online shop is also quite user friendly, and they offer free delivery within the Perth metropolitan area! Looks like even your 4am gear shopping online isn’t safe for your bank balance…
