Deer Sir, your cute little nook within a homewares store is greatly appreciated. Especially on rainy Brisbane mornings when coffee and breakfast with an old-​fashioned parent is required.
Your kitchen is compact but the breakfasts you deliver are testament to making use of what space you have. Not content with just one avocado on toast option, you give us hungry hunters several. Avocado with eggs, avocado with goats cheese, avocado with dukkah — it’s great for those times when, like this morning, the comforting combo of sourdough, eggs and avocado were just what was needed.
Paired with an All Press coffee and my simple pleasures are complete. Definitely worth having up your sleeve if you find yourself, for example, waiting on a family member to jump ship from their P&O Cruise at Portside.
