At Eden Dining Room & Bar we’ve taken a back to basics approach to our menus. A floor standing stone wheel mill sits against a wall in the dining room where oats are rolled and wheat is milled to flour. Breads are baked daily and even our butter is churned in-house. Key seasonal ingredients are the starting point for all our dishes designed by head chef Tom Boden.
Small eats and share plates provide a casual food option in the bar and lounge areas. Eating in the dining room, however, is another matter. Here, the skills of our chefs are given centre stage with service that is informed but informal; relaxed without compromising attention to detail.
Ever wanted to try you hand at wine blending? We encourage you to! Introducing you to our pride and joy; the temperature controlled wine cellar and blending room. Purchase an empty bottle and our staff will escort you to the room and guide you through the simple process. Sample the wines available, create your own personal blend and enjoy!
History
Established in 2011.
Eden Dining Room & Bar will be coming into full bloom in 2012, breathing new life into the venue previously occupied by ‘Salt’ in Adelaide’s premier seaside marina at Holdfast Shores, Glenelg. And boy, are we excited!
