TOTAL disappointment!!! This is my experience only… not sure if a different marble grading is used here. their marbling score rating is a joke! ordered the rump advertised in menu as wagyu +9. I didn’t think it could be true but gave it a go. Steak had no marbling was no better than ur typical rump or porterhouse at a local pub on a steak night. In fact it would have been better at a pub steak night… cheaper for the same thing!!! The chips were a joke at $ 8? airfried with salt. Was like eating soggy chips from a local chippy. Only gd thing was their BBQ king prawn.
