I love the ice cream here. I think there are a few of these shops around Melbourne now and it’s a great concept and exactly what Glen Waverley needs. They mix the ice creAm flavours on the spot to order using fresh ingredients and nitro glycerin which gives it a silky smooth mouth feel. The coffee is pretty good here too. The only thing is they need more comfy seating cause it takes a while to get through the cup size.

A happy icecream chemistry experiment. This is like a mad scientists workshop where mix masters, nitrogen and biscuit crumbs come together and bond in frozen goodness.
The concept is awesome, the flavours are pretty good (hello golden gaytime), but during busy hours, the line would be ridiculous. The only downside I see to this experiment.
