It’s a good setup except… everything actually tastes GROSS. Bitter, soggy undercooked waffles. Froyo tasted like sour milk. Rancid, stale toppings. Better off walking to Messina.

There’s no denying that I love froyo. Self-serve places with fancy-pants toppings even more so. Frolic appears to have a winning combination of interesting froyo flavours but some of them tasted a little artificial(I probably should have known better than to try the«rum and raisin») Toppings are diverse — there’s the usual suspects(cookies, chocolate, fruit) and some more interesting things like stewed rhubarb, halva(which was unfortunately clumpy) and crumble topping As with most froyo places where you help yourself, you’ll get a nasty surprise when you go to pay. $ 16 for two average cups of froyo with a few toppings seems extortionate to me. Sell a kidney before visiting.
