excellent Indian. spicy and tasty and well presented. service friendly and attentive, but not overdone. great local craft beers and an appropriate wine list.
tandoori shrimp, palek paneer, butter chicken all excellent.
nice vibe and comfortable atmosphere

Excellent Indian food in a convenient part of town. It has that regular casual Fitzroy restaurant/​bar feel, but really friendly service, and excellent food.
We ate here before a friend’s birthday, and were wary as Indian food can sometimes clog you up. But we felt great sharing a couple of starters and mains, which was a mixture of samosa, momos, and curries (lamb saag and butter chicken).
Everything seemed really fresh, and lightly made, and prices are really reasonable. I’m a fan.

A nice little indian joint with a cool fitout.
I tried the butter chicken and goat curry and both were delicious. The butter chicken was a little smokey, which was a great change. The garlic naan was soft and served piping hot.
I tried the rose and cinnamon lassi which was good, but next time would grab the traditional or mango.
Great service and good location; right in the middle of Fitzroy.
