Megan is one of the best hairstylists I’ve ever had! Listened to everything I wanted and did it perfectly! The lady who did my eyebrows was great! Very relaxing experience. The lady up front was extremely nice and outgoing too! Love the feel of this salon overall!

My sister and I went to the salon a couple of weeks ago and I got my hair done by Kailey Smith. I have such a hard time trusting people to cut my hair (bad past experiences) but she was so understanding and so sweet. She ended up cutting and putting highlights in my hair. I have never loved my hair more. I even took my two daughters to her a few days ago to get their hair cut. She was so great with my kids and I love the way their hair looks. Such a nice atmosphere in the salon as well. We will definitely be going back!

Absolutely love this salon! Megan is amazing. I told her that I was very picky and a little nervous about trying a new hair stylist. She took her time and made sure every thing was perfect. Tried this salon for the first time today while having girls’ day with my 10-​year-​old daughter. We both had appointments with Kailey to have our hair cut and styled. Love love love her!!! She’s super attentive, does beautiful hair, and has such a great personality & energy about her. Will most definitely be returning. The whole staff is lovely & made my daughter feel like princess. Thanx Trilogy, you guys rock!!!

This was my first time going to this salon, however I have been getting my hair cut/​colored by Sylvia for the last 10 years. I liked the salon. It is spacious, organized and very clean. The woman at the front desk was welcoming. My appointment was right on time, no waiting. I don’t know much about the actual salon but I would definitely refer anyone I know to Sylvia. In 10 years I have been 100% happy with every cut and color, not to mention she is a nice lady to talk to.

Went to this salon after having 3 bad haircuts in other salons. Megan cut my hair and she was great. Very attentive to what I wanted done. Got the haircut I wanted. I definitely recommend this salon. The shop is clean and all the girls were friendly. My appointment was on time, didn’t’t have to wait.

If you want a GREAT color and an updated look for the new year, go see Haley at Trilogy. She is FUN and full of new ideas. She does, hair and makeup, a complete package. I would recommend her to any age. My son goes to her as well and he is 11… she does an excellent job with all ages.

This place is always clean and the girls are friendly and attentive. I’m never disappointed in my haircut and I appreciate that Megan takes the time to cut my hair with scissors and a comb rather then just using clippers.

I was bored while visiting the parentals and came across this awesome groupon deal for 2 facials for $ 69! The enticing factor … service was valued at $ 170! I thought, «Score! What a deal!»
Melissa was sweet, but I can tell immediately that she was a novice, because #1 she told me so. She has been in cosmetology for 6 years, but she has only been an aesthetician for a year. I was apprehensive about her scarring me up, but I didn’t want to let it show. I wanted her to feel relaxed and to let her know I trusted her. She knew that I get facials regularly for many years.
Anyway, the technique felt like she was trying to follow a YouTube video or she was trying to read through instructions while her hands were still on my face. It didn’t feel natural and polished. It wasn’t even purposeful. It was awkward and forced. There was no attention to detail and flow. She focused too much on my chin and jawline and not on the rest of the face… Especially the t-​zone.
Being that I have another session with her I couldn’t be too critical just yet. However, I was scared of what’s to come next. Extractions. I am an expert at popping my own pimples & blackheads so it’s hard not to be critical. Oh my god. This sweet girl, needs to man up & learn to master her craft. She was everywhere. She could have just started from one part of the face & slowly & purposefully went all around, but instead she went from extracting the chin to forehead to chin to right cheek to left eyebrow to right nose to left ear… It was chaotic!
On top of that… She didn’t know when to stop lathering on more layers of creams, lotions and potions. I could feel the thickness of all that gunk piled on my face, neck & chest. When I got home, I’m still trying to peel off these layers. I don’t know how I could go forward with that second groupon. I think I’m going to have to toss it.
FYI. The salon is situated in the back of this very narrow, but long complex. It can get easily missed, because the entrance is crowded with a lot of Tom’s burgers patrons.

Booked an appt for my 2 year old son’s haircut & was clear to the receptionist at the time of booking that he was impatient so I asked for a time that would be good for THEM so we didn’t have to wait too long– giving him plenty of time to get impatient & not want to sit through the cut. I also asked for someone who would have the most experience with kids. We got there 5 mins prior to our scheduled appt time & ended up waiting 45 minutes anyway. By the time we make it to the chair our son was pretty stir crazy, which is understandable because I’m not 2 & I was pretty fed up with waiting too. There was only minimal apology & the girl who we got clearly wasn’t that experienced with dealing with kids because she flatly told us that we would just have to hold onto his head so she could get her job done. I refused & told her she was just going to have to be patient with him because we were certainly patient in waiting for her. The cut was pretty butchered up, but luckily his hair grows pretty fast & was fine after about 3 months. Based on that experience I’d never go back with my son or for myself.

So sad to report that I referred my mother in law here. She made an appointment and she waited for 45min after her schedule appointment before she decided to leave. They called her home and offered to give her a free manicure but she was upset that they didn’t seem to value her time that she will not be going back. Awwww man!
