Expect a small wait if you don’t make an appt. but it’s definitely well worth it! They do a great job on gel manis including beautiful designs. They take a good time on my pedicures and you feel relaxed in the spa chairs. They have a huge selection of gel colors which is a big plus.
On a side note: My first visit to the salon the staff wasn’t as friendly but the receptionist was/​is very nice.

Scam alert: be warned about hidden fees not previously discussed or published.
I always get gel polish and this time decided to get regular polish since it’s not sandal weather and gel costs $ 15 extra — more of a summer time splurge. Surprise! Went to pay and they charged me $ 5 extra to remove the gel they previously put on that I paid $ 15 EXTRA for. What angered me and left me feel duped was that not once was a $ 5 gel removal fee applied since I was not getting gel again. I looked for signs on the wall as well as the pricing pamphlet.
Vincent used to do a much better job than he has currently done the past couple times I’ve been there. Victoria Nails has turned into a disappointment and I’ve stopped spreading the word of mouth. They are crooks on their prices, as most other Asian salons are. Pay close attention. This place in particular. Time to stop giving them another red cent of my hard earned money. That was my last visit.

I went and got my nails done by Mike, he did such an amazing flawless job! He was friendly and patient! Definitely will be comming back soon for sure!

I’ve been to several shops over the years, some good, some ok, some not good at all. From the last place the nails lifted and even though they were supposed to be white tipped, they looked yellow, but the girl disagreed with me. Decided NOT to go there again. Asked my friend Cyrena where she gets her done and she told me here, with Michael. Decided to try and I am SO very glad I did. I live in Highland, but I’ll drive to Yucaipa for mani/​pedi. So worth it and Michael is wonderful. My nails have never looked so good and I get a lot of compliments on them! The people are friendly and courteous and I don’t know why anyone would give them a bad rating. They’ve never tried to get me to get something more or other than what I want. But, their loss.

I asked to have my nails done at the same time as my pedicure and the person who was suppose to do my nails simply ignored me and acted like she suddenly didn’t understand English — she had spoken to me prior to this visit so I knew she understood. The staff is rude and the place is dirty.

This place was absolutely amazing! I had a salon do my nails and they messed them up they were all different lengths and shapes. So I came here and they fixed them they made them look absolutely flawless! I would not hesitate to go back. Also very friendly people

Love love love this place. Very clean and friendly. I’ve never been disappointed in my nails. Always perfect.

I’ve tried others and never get the same simple calm relaxed feeling as I do here. My pedicure is always professionally done by Vincent. So comfortable that I nearly fall asleep during it. Exactly what I need.

I am here again as a regular as my feet need rhe attention. This time I brought my nine year old daughter for her 1^st manicure… They are pampering her well… Thank You Victoria Nails and Spa
