Excellent experience. I had Mike and his team replace a mid-​century tar and gravel roof. Most contractors don’t do this kind of work anymore because it’s labor intensive and messy, but Mike gave me a competitive price, sent a crew of polite and thoughtful workers, and came in on time and on budget. What’s more, one year later when there was a slight dip in the fascia which caused water to spill over onto the deck, they came back immediately and fixed it for free. All in all, I couldn’t be happier.

I had a leak due to old flashing around my furnace chimney. MCAS replaced the flashing and gave advice on other things I could do to prevent problems in the future. They were very responsive to phone calls and overall I had a good experience. Would recommend to others in need of roof repairs.
