I had used other remediation companies in the past. Serv Pro is by far the best. Uriel Valencia was the project manager. His quotes were very reasonable. Uriel was very informative and knowledgeable His crew were very meticulous and professional. Overall, they did an excellent job. I am very satisfied. They were awesome. I highly recommend them!

Terrible service. I called for an estimate on mold in a home I was considering purchasing. These idiots came out and did and estimate and claimed there was no mold. They also said they’d send me a report via email. I never got the email and when I reached the employee who left their card he never called back. Only text messaged me and told me he was going to send a report (still didn’t send it). On top of that he repainted again later and told me «Mercury was going to cover it» when I haven’t even purchased the home. Clearly these people have no freaking clue what they are doing. I emailed the business to file a complaint and maybe have a supervisor come out and check the home out for mold and I never even got a response back. Unacceptable. See photo attached for the mold I found in the room they said had zero mold.

We recently had water damage under the house when the kitchen drain line broke and the crawlspace under the house was flooded. We had several companies come out to give us an estimate and a lot of them seemed to be overcharging us. We decided to give SERVPRO Yorba Linda/​Brea a call because of the great Unilocal reviews and the proximity to the house. They were very professional and helpful from the moment we placed the first call to make the appointment for their estimate. Jonathan and Cesar were amazing. They really care about their customers and their needs. They provided a fair price on the estimate and ultimately we picked them for the job because of how attentive and detailed they were. After we started the service, Jonathan and Cesar kept in contact with us and let us know they were there to answer any questions. They charged a fair price and did an excellent job. They provided before and after pictures to show us the results. There aren’t many companies that really care about people like these guys. If you are ever in need for water damage cleanup or restoration give these guys a call, you won’t regret it.

I recently had water damage to my home (2nd tiime in 6 weeks). My insurance company dispatched ServPro Yorba Linda. Cesar and his crew were at my home in less than an hour ready and willing to clean up the mess! I was in a panic but Cesar immediately assured me they would take care of everything. He and his crew were courteous, professional and clean. They were very respectful of my personal items that needed to be moved and explained the process step by step as to what would be done next. They tented up and protected various areas of my home including my new carpet to protect from debris. I was very impressed at how meticulous they performed their job. In addition, each time they needed to come out to my home they were always on time. Thank you Cesar, Edgar and the rest of the staff at ServPro for your professionalism and hard work!

I recently purchased a home in Cypress and was in a hurry to find someone to do the asbestos abatement removal. I had a few companies come in to do the estimates and none of the companies responded faster than ServoPro. Not only that, Edgar of ServPro was extremely helpful and helped me to expedite the permit approval which enabled the abatement removal to start the next day. Wow! So fast. He offered really good customer service and also kept me updated on status of the job throughout the day. The job was done smoothly with good quality. Highly recommended!!!

This company is great!!! After suffering a water leak in our home that affected the bathroom, stairs, fireplace and walls our insurance company sent out SERVPRO. I am so glad they did! Cesar showed up and within minutes he had a plan of action. It was late in the evening and he understood our desire to have his team come the following day. He sent the team out and they were able to set up the equipment, put up a protective barrier, and cut out some of the walls within 2 hours. Cesar came each day to check the progress and he was always on time and professional. Within 3 days the fans were removed and our life was back to normal. Thank you Cesar for making what could have been a really bad experience a good one!

These guys were fantastic. They did a great job and really wanted to do their best. There was a difference in the price we were quoted by the HVAC company that subcontracted them but the technicians on site made a phone call and cleared it up.
We couldn’t be happier now that the asbestos is gone from our attic.

These guys did a great job. Mold abatement with water damage, they handled the task and communicated exactly how the process would go and it all happened just they way they said. They worked with my insurance and made it as stress free as possible. They were very clean and cleared out all the mess. These are the guys your looking for if you find yourself in trouble with mold and/​or water issues.

I recently had major water damage to my home. A neighbor recommended these guys and I was pleasantly surprised at the speed at which they work. Waldo was there first thing in the morning and did his initial walk through. He did a fantastic job putting us at ease given how horribly the house looked. He called in extra crew members and they went to work immediately clearing out all the damage.
Waldo always took the time to stop what he was doing and answer our questions. Him and his crew took great care packing our personal items and making sure to take care of them.
I am extremely happy with the service they have provided. They took care of all the dealings with the insurance co and let us focus on getting situated in a new place. Highly recommended! These guys exceeded my expectations!

I had a water pipe leak behind my wall and did not know who to call after the plumber fixed the leak and made several holes in my dry wall to pump the water out. Servpro was mentioned by couple of people and there were several Servpro in Orange county that were independently owned.
I called Servpro of Yorba Linda b/​c they were located closes to my home and had the most positive reviews on Unilocal.
Jonathan was the project manager and he returned my call promptly and was at my home the next day. Waldo was his technician and both was very professional and courteous. Waldo checked up on the drying status routinely and was always friendly and easy to talk with all my questions.
Hope I don’t have to call Servpro again in the future, but IF I had too, I would have no problem calling Servpro again or recommending them for remediation work to others.
Only reason I did not rate them a 5 star is b/​c this is my first time needing restoration work and not able to compare them to other remediation companies.

Wow, what an experience working with Edgar and Chris at Servpro.
It is hard to find an organization with great service, knowledge, and reasonable prices. But Servpro Yorba Linda is that company. There is no other company to use.
They came to my home to do measurements and explained everything they would do very thoroughly and provided a great price. You also cannot beat their service they provide. They really try to look after the customer not just as a business. I guarantee, if you work with them you will not be disappointed. Look at all their reviews!

This is one of those situations where you hope you never have to a call a remediation company, but if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to, I highly recommend Servpro Yorba Linda.
We were dealing with a nasty slab leak in a house my wife and I had just purchased, needed to get who knows how many gallons of water out, and luckily we found these guys. Jonathan was our project manager, and he was awesome to work with. He was prompt, courteous, great communication skills, and somehow managed to make a terrible situation a little more manageable. Everything was explained to us clearly, and every action taken towards the remediation was laid out so that we could understand what was happening, and why it was happening.
In the end, the job was completed beyond my expectations, faster than I thought it would be. Of course, it would be unfair to not mention the rest of this team. Every technician that came to the house to either work, or check on progress was genuinely nice, respectful, and really super friendly. They showed up on time, and called when they said they would. The office staff is also very responsive, and a delight to talk to.
All in all, I hope to never have to go through something like this ever again. But if I do and need to call a remediation company, Servpro Yorba Linda is the first number I am calling.

Although I had obtained quotes from a few other companies for asbestos abatement, I went with Servpro Yorba Linda because they took the time to completely explain to me what was needed, and what was involved in the process. They also did their best to keep costs down and match the other estimates I had.
They made sure that estimates and scheduling was handled in a timely manner, and were very courteous over the phone and in person.
They did a very quick, very tidy job of removing the asbestos, and we were very happy with the service and the results.

Trust-​worthy, reasonable, and most importantly, high quality work and level of attention to detail.
Jonathan was our project manager and he was professional, prompt, and courteous. He walked us through the remediation project and made me feel very comfortable from the beginning to end. I would also like to recognize his technician Waldo who completed the job timely, always kept in touch, and completed the job beyond my expectations.
I highly recommend Servpro Yorba Linda for all remediation jobs. I’m told the same owner is also opening a location in Anaheim, so that’s good to keep in mind for those located closer to that area.

Discovered roof leak in my home.
Within 2 hours Edgar was at my house, and by next day Ceasar and Jose were at my house tarping and ripping up drywall.
Servpro made a horrible situation manageable. Edgar was always positive and catered to my needs. Jose and Ceasar were courteous and did not complain while working in a down pour.
Servpro is my only choice for emergency services.
