Touch of Klass

I have used Touch of Klass for 10 years and my mom also uses them for her house. They are great, thorough, and reliable. I trust them and they are also very friendly to my animals. Highly recommend.

Have been using Joanna’s Company for our Newport Beach home for the last three years and we are extremely happy with the level of service, professionalism, and consistency that we are getting. We have a loyal cleaner, Daria, who is very through, prompt, and has a very sweet personality. More importantly, we are very comfortable with them having access to our home when we are not there and keep a key with Daria, which speaks volumes about their trustworthiness.

More like «classLESS»! If I could give negative stars I would. These people claim to be professionals, but they HANG UP on you if you complain. Yvonna, the lady who sends the people out to you will promise you anything, even sending them out again to redo their half-a@* job & then find excuses and say they’re busy. But when you finally get a hold of her she will say that she «believes» her people & thus, insinuating you’re a liar! They charge by the hour so they will be as slow as molasses! And, then by the 2^nd hour when you’re wondering why it takes so long, they’ll finish up in 15 –20 max & call it quits! Btw, I did not call for deep-​cleaning, just wiping down counters… And they left streaks everywhere!!! Some cabinets weren’t even done!!! Now I have to find & pay somebody else! So they lied, saying they’ll redo the job, then hang up on you! I don’t even want them in my home at all, but they should know that it’s an insult to other cleaning services for putting themselves in that category!

This service cleaned my home for nearly three years. During that time service was generally pretty good. Some very nice, hardworking couples worked as a team of two. During a period of four or five months the personel changed and there were complications. Something in the home was damaged by the crew and the owner, a very nice person, failed to make good on the damage. This forced us to deduct the value from the final payment when we discontinued service due to a move. Aside from that event the service performed was average to slightly above and the price was on par with other services of slightly lower quality.
