Scandia has been a North Shore Tradition for over 50 years. We are a family owned business enjoying three generations of family involvement. The Delicatessen provides a quick answer to lunch-​on-​the-​run or any evening dinner. Call to reserve your selection, supplies may be limited.

Scandia prides itself on using the freshest of ingredients. We use local purveyors that offer top quality and unique ingredients. The produce is perfectly ripened and fresh. Our beef and poultry are fresh and never frozen. The decadent bakery goods are lovingly homemade. For custom desserts, we work with a local bakery. You can be assured that the Scandia name stands for superior quality. Each and every dish is prepared with the highest of standards.

History

Established in 1962.

There were kegs of lingonberries, cases of cheese, sausages, and fresh fish. The kegs of berries are long gone, and have been replaced with menu items such as an exquisite Poached Salmon, melt-​in-​your-​mouth Tenderloin of Beef, and a Chicken Tetrazini that has been enjoyed by generations, just to name a few.

Business Owner

Bill Conroy has been part of the family-​owned Scandia Catering for over 35 years. He has been the driving force behind the business for the past 20 years. Bill is a great people person and can calm the nerves of anyone planning an event. Bill is married to Jan and they have three grown children.
