Had reservation to pick up a mid sized vehicle at 7 AM. Arrived & no car. It was explained that the manager had gone to pick it up. 3 hours latter & my crew being irrate, this tiny vehicle is presented to us, with pride & expectations of our undying grattitude.
The car looked like a 4 wheeled, tin, death trap. It didn’t have enough room for our luggage & forget about any leg room.
No way, we had, had enough of this fiasco. Got up early to hit the road, sat around twiddling thumbs, only to be placed back at square 1 & loose more precious time.
What’s a girl to do? Never listen to someone wanting to rent a car in Wesley Chapel, when you live in Tampa.

Just so you are aware, I have never actually set foot in this FIAT location. However, they answered the service phone (unlike other FIAT locations that will go unnamed) and gave me advise on getting my vehicle serviced MUCH closer to home rather than the 58 mile one-​way trip to them. It was simply a battery change, but you have to have it done by someone who knows what they are doing for everything to work properly afterward. :) When I have to chose which FIAT dealership to head to when I need work that only they can complete, of the FOUR dealerships within 60 miles of me, I will head to Wesley Chapel.

We bought a 500L Fiat a year a go. I love the car and get lots of complements when people get to ride in it. Also strangers ask me about it. The staff at the dealership was great. Kyle was our sales rep and he was great. The purchasing process was a pleasant experience and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

YES YES YES! This is the first Fiat I’ve ever owned and I really couldn’t be more pleased. The sales rep, Cathy, was delightful and knowledgeable and I really didn’t feel like I was getting raked over the coals. Excellent experience and I’ll be back!

I went to the ribbon ceremony and fashion show event that they had. It was so nice. This was also a benefit. It was nice to have my car valet parked and vacuumed. They also had music, a fashion show, catered food and wine and beer.
I checked out the fiats, and they are so cute to me. I may go back and check it out even more. Every one was so hospitable.

This is a brand new Fiat dealership and it is well worth the trip up here. The facility is nice and clean, and the sales staff is very friendly, courteous and knowledgable. They deal very fairly and work hard to earn your business. It’s not often I recommend a car dealership, but this one is as good as it gets!
