BUYER BEWARE… Being new in town I needed a car and fast. BIG mistake to come here. the salesman was nice (Mike V) but the snake of a manager Phil not so much. I express that I couldn’t put anything down and my budget including car payment and insurance. Having never owned a car I should have gone with someone who was knowledgeable about buying and dealing with snakes. Given it was late in the day I couldn’t call another insurance company to compare the insurance quote their guy at Aspire Insurance gave me. Apparently they have their own insurance agent. When I told them the first quote Aspire gave me was too high, Phil got on the phone with the Agent to get me a better deal (so I thought). Unbeknownst to me the reason the 2^nd quote was low was because Phil put that I had prior insurance. I had years ago been under my mothers insurance but she handled the payments being the car I had was fully paid for and so I assumed this was the prior insurance (never assume). When I got the insurance info. from Progressive it kept saying I needed to provide prior insurance. I called Aspire and Sean said he would take care of it. I’m very organized so I followed up with Progressive online a few days later, and again it asked for prior insurance. When I called Sean from Aspire again he said he would call Phil to get this straightened out. Weeks go by I check and again it asks for prior insurance. I call Sean and he said he submitted the info and wasn’t sure why in the system it wasn’t update and that he could see on his end it was. He said he would call Progressive to fix the problem. I check online again and it still showed the request. At this point I call Sean and he tells me the reason my 2^nd quote was lower then the 1^st was because Phil put I had prior insurance under someone at the dealership which was a total LIE. I asked Sean to help get this fixed which he said he would, I called later in the week and Sean confirmed he sent the info to fix the problem. I called Sean last week and he seemed annoyed I was bugging him I told him I feel like I got swindled into this deal, he told me he normally doesn’t do what he did at the request of Phil because of this exact headache. He started to get annoyed telling me he works 14 hours a day, all while I was trying to stay calm being I have no clue what is going one. I told him I trusted his word and the word of the sales rep Phil BIG mistake. I asked Sean if this wasn’t fixed would I have to pay anything additional he told me no because I paid the full policy. I called Progressive yesterday and asked myself if the situation was fixed and they told me no and that if they don’t get if fixed I would have to pay an additional $ 500 dollars on a policy I already paid in full. Now I’m stuck having to pay because Phil wanted to cut corners and get the deal. I will NEVER recommend this place and suggest people stay away. I’m trying not to get myself worked up because at the end of the day I should’ve gone with my gut feeling and go to another dealership. Lesson learned to read the fine print.
God don’t like ugly.

Went looking for a new car and was basically told, I wouldn’t buy here from my salesman. Also said the quote from another dealership was a great price. Pretty crazy situation!

I try not to write negative reviews, but consumers be warned. I went to this Kia dealer after seeing their over the top ‘Huge’ commercials. It was HUGE alright, a huge waste of time. I was immediately put off when I asked the salesman about the price of a Kia Soul that I had already researched online and he quoted me a price that was about $ 2K more than what the dealership website had it posted for. He then suggested that I look at a new model that he could get me into for only a little more money (wrong) about $ 7k more than the price of the used model. We went inside to discuss ‘numbers’ on the used Kia, I had to tell him what the price of the car was (based on the online ad). I was ready to leave and he wanted me to wait while he worked up a bottom line price. When I told him no thanks he dared me to find the same car for a better price. I did at Courtesy Kia in Brandon. I only saved about $ 1K on a certified Soul with less miles, but it was a dare.

The most annoying TV commercials ever. Two obnoxious people yelling and interrupting each other in total chaos. When I see it come on my TV, I grab my remote and press «mute.» It reminds me of the early used car commercials, where a guy in a gorilla costume drives away in a convertible. Tacky.

Wow, these comments and others from Google are BAD. What a pity, I’ll go to other local dealers. Fusilli will be out of business in less than two years.
The fish rots from the head down. The sales and finance people are NOT well thought of, especially from the comments. Buying a car is a PITA, but a necessity. To think about wasting 4 hours I’ll never get back is surely something to avoid.

Please make these commercials stop. Mr Huuuge makes me turn ANY channel on ANY device.

Fuccillo Kia of WC is so shady! So we went in there today after applying for credit online and being assured that we were «pre approved» so we go in looking for a Kia Soul, I told them 0 down with my trade in and payments less or the same as what I am paying now. Well apparently they didn’t want to sell a soul and kept trying to push me into a Sportage or an Optima, both are more expensive than the Soul and would’ve pushed my car payments up $ 100 a month. Now I still was pre approved for $ 0 down. And they had no explanation as to how I couldn’t qualify for the cheaper car at the payment I wanted. So I told them give me my keys, and left. There is no way I couldn’t qualify for the car that was $ 8000 less than what they wanted me to buy!

If I was in dire need of a car and this place was the LAST dealership in business in my area I would NOT go here mainly due to their absolutely ANNOYING commercials! Good Lord! Please STOP!

All I can say is wow! I recently visited this dealer to purchase a new car for my wife, as I arrived I noticed 20 salesman standing outside like a bunch of vultures. As I walked through the lot looking at the few cars they had in stock not one person bothered to ask me if I needed any help. I was kind of turned off by the fact that the whole dealership was standing in the parking lot listening to the most horrendous music blaring very loudly and not one of them gave me a second look. I then walked next door to Parks Ford were I was greeted right away by a friendly salesman who sold me a $ 45,000 vehicle. All I can say is move those men inside like the rest of the dealerships in this country, because making them sit outside is not working and it’s degrading your employees.

Went to Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel to investigate a new car. I have read about what owner Billy Fuccillo does for the community with his philanthropic giving and felt compelled to give them a chance to earn my business. From beginning to end, this dealership exceeded my expectations. They worked with my husband and I fervently to get us the deal we wanted on our terms. I will gladly give them 5 stars. Waseam was our sales rep and he fought for what we wanted, along with the General Manager, Shawn. They checked every possible scenario in order to get us the deal we wanted. Go here if you want a hassle free deal!

Our sales professional Ron Whiting did a great job. Very personable and knowledgeable on the KIA product. As it turns out they were able to honor the deal they been advertised. We leased a 2015 cadenza with nearly nothing down. $ 1500 back for being a veteran on Veteran’s day. I would recommend Ron if your in Tampa Bay area and are looking for the best possible deal in state on a KIA. We were in and out Lin less than 2hrs. (Only took that long because car was stored off site and it needed detailing.)

Went here to pick up a reserved rental car. Hertz signs were up. They have no rental cars!
I guess in someone’s infinite wisdom it 2as moved to Fiat. Why weren’t the signs removed & more importantly why were customers with reservations not informed?
Poor communication & management.

Please, enough with your obnoxious commercials! I can’t hear what you’re screaming about and it’s driving me nuts. Stop yelling «HUUUUGEEEE» at me, I don’t even know what that is supposed to mean! And no one wants to go out drinking at the clubs with you old farts, so stop using that as a selling point. You sound like dishonest and shady business people.

The low class commercials are enough to make me drive to Tampa if I ever wanted a Kia. The difference is like Michael McConaughey or Mr Huge!!!

Everyone please keep in mind that reviews more than a few months old are referring to the PREVIOUS dealership — Precision Kia. My sister and I both purchased cars from them in 2013 and had excellent experiences! Based on the circus going on over there now, I’ll look for my next Kia elsewhere!

Not that I would ever drive a Kia, but if I did… I would never buy from this dealership simply based on their obnoxious commercials. They’re definitely playing to a specific demographic, and if your credit score is over 500 and you’ve graduated from highschool, you’re not it.

Your commercials alone insure I would NEVER set foot in your dealership… SO UNPROFESSIONAL and do not invoke any feeling of trust, rather the opposite. HUGE mistake! HUGE!

I just wanted to Unilocal about the Fuccillo Kia commercials on TV. They are SOOOO annoying!!! Just seeing those commercials makes me want to go to another dealership! Please change your commercials!

It is no longer Precision Kia. It is now owned by Fuccillo Kia. You hear all the radio and TV commercials. Let me say after being there for over 3 hours on a Sunday in the heat sucked. And to walk away without a car totally sucked. Totally disappointment.

The hubby and I went here after going to several other dealerships. We wanted to purchase another vehicle since our family is growing. When we drove into the lot a young man named Mark came over to greet us and let us know he was here to help if we had any questions. Mark was not pushy, aggressive, or annoying like some of the salesmen we met earlier at the other dealerships. Mark was very professional and very informative. Looking at the cars they had on the lot I fell in love with the KIA Sorrento. It was the perfect size, had great features, and the price was just right. I wanted to drive that vehicle home.
We walked out there happy and keys to a brand new SUV. Thank you Mark!
