Standard Chillis grub. But for the love of god the service is horrible. The kitchen is so super slow. Seriously be prepared to spend at least 2 hours at this location. Not a place to come when you’re ravenous or have small children.

5÷16÷2016 This is an nice and affordable restaurant. My husband and I usually go here for the lunch or 2 for $ 20 deal. If you’re a member, you will constantly get free dessert. My favorite was the lava cake since Im a chocoholic but ever since we tried the berry crumble, thats our go to dessert. So fruity, crunchy, and delicious. Their enchilada soup is favorite soup. Our favorite entrée is the baby back rib. They also manage to cook their side vegetable perfectly everytime I came, everything from corn, brocolli and fries.

I had the worst experience here today. We walked in 11:45am. There was possibly 5 tables sat. We were greeted and sat fairly quickly. The server took about 10 minutes to come by the table. We ordered food and drinks immediately. My drink from the bar took 15 minutes to come out and when it did there was a black slimy mold in the tumbler. It was disgusting. There was no way i was going to drink that! My husband went to the hostess to ask to speak with the manager… she high tailed it and ran immediately to our server and was obviously gossiping… When the food came out about 5 to 10 minutes later… the plates were not cleaned and at that point i asked to speak with the manager. He came by and wasnt even appologetic. At. All. He said hed speak with the bartender and make sure shes cleaning the dishes better. What?! We walked out at that point and didnt even touch the food. I believe that was the WORST dining experience ever! He was completely nonchalant and did not care at all.

Exactly what you would expect from a «stuff on the wall» type restaurant. Above average food, average pricing, average ambiance, average service. The Chile Pasillo Chicken was a little better than expected. Perhaps a little on the spicy side. The new floor design for Chili’s does allow for a more open feel and an energetic but«not too loud» atmosphere.

Went in with my husband and got seated took the waitress about 5 to 8 min to get drink order and came back took order never saw her again until 20 to 25 min later and then we saw her and she said the food is coming, then like 10 minutes later she appeared again avoiding our table, waited a few more minutes and we left out. HORRIBLE experience!!! Fyi waitress named Ricky!

Worst bar service ever! I noticed a chip in my glass and she took it put half of what I had left and put it in another glass. I told her I’m afraid to finish that beer, she put in the same amount in another glass. It’s like I was asking for a top off. No concerns from here at all. Not friendly!

They advertise«carside to go» which actually is *not* carside because you have to go INSIDE, to the BAR to pick up your order. Vegetarian options are limited. Service was mediocre… one of the servers was sitting at a table chatting with her friends, made eye contact with me but looked away instead of acknowledging my presence. Took about a minute or two before she finally offered her assistance. This was my second time using their to-go service. Won’t be using it again unless it’s to redeem last-minute free rewards points.

So I finally make it to the newest Chilis in Wesley Chapel, not gonna lie, I wasn’t expecting too much based on the previous reviews, but it’s Chilis I’ll give it a try. So we walk in & the restaurant is very, very clean. We get a booth & order our drinks. They bring me my Sweet Tea & it’s cloudy & not sweet. I don’t bitch, I just send it back & settle for a good olé Coca-Cola. I don’t ask for another tea & commence enjoying my chips and salsa. I’d say 10 minutes later, the manager Jessica comes out w/a fresh glass of tea, nice & clear and sweet. I told her that she didn’t have do that & she said nope, you ordered it, it wasn’t right, I made you a new batch! The server ask, «why did she do that? I said cause it was the right thing to do!» She kept the tea coming all dinner. She was pleasant, she was kind, she was thoughtful & considerate. She earned my business from here on out. The food may not be 5 stars, but the service & Manager Jessica were well beyond 5 stars, job well done. I will be back! Thank you Jessica!

Every time I have gotten to go orders they have messed the order up and I end up having to come back. The décor is nice, the food is just OK and the service is not good. It shocking to me that a large chain like this keeps letting this particular location have such bad service. As I stand here so they can make my order right they are adding a «free» piece of chocolate cake. due to the poor service they are comping it but they’ve been searching for the chocolate cake for 15 minutes.

If you want to stare at an empty mug and get an attitude from the bartender this is the place to go. Horrible service. No wonder the bar is empty during a football game. With so many other choices in the area how can you be so obtuse. Heading to Buffalo Wild Wings where they care more. When asked about the small portion size was told it was the economy. Should have left a $ 1 tip and said it was the economy.

This is my second time here at this location. First time was last week… lunch with a friend. Tonight, with my family… dinner for 5. I’m still waiting on my food, and so far, the service rendered is excellent… better than the last time. Food was okay last time. I wouldn’t order that chicken avocado sandwich again… it was ehhhh. Tonight’s dinner is prime rib and shrimp… let me get a taste… here it comes!

Had heard that the service was disappointing but we went anyways(Sunday at 2). The restaurant had a ton of open tables. We were seated immediately and seen quickly by our waitress. However almost every other touch point was incredibly slow. Our appetizers of chips and salsa, queso and white spinach dip took 10 — 15 minutes to arrive. We placed our kids orders and asked for the waitress to come back for the adult orders. The waitress never came back and we saw her standing at the hostess station talking to the hostess. We had to wave her over. The food took a very long time to be delivered, the check took a long time, the food was subpar. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

New Chili’s in neighborhood. Not sure exactly how new. Walked in and was not greeted. Manager seated group ahead of us which is expected. As we waited, we noticed many dirty tables in the main dining and bar area. Manager did not return quickly. We decided to leave wondering how dirty the kitchen might be. We took our business next door to Applebee’s.

Visited this Chilis while visiting family in Wesley Chapel, FL. We were seated immediately and approached by our server. Drinks received quickly and he kept them full which was nice! We ordered an appetizer so he asked us if we wanted him to hold off a few minutes before putting in our order immediately. This was an appreciated moment of extra attention as our table was crowded and main meals would have made it more crowded. When meals finally came we dug in. It was super well prepared and everyone loved their food. We could not finish our meals so boxes and a bag were brought out. Our waiter was perfectly attentive to our dining needs and didn’t hover but made sure we had full glasses and food ready. Overall, a great lunch experience.

Ridiculously slow service, even for appetizers. When the food finally comes it’s not always hot, and you can tell they’re cutting corners on the extras.

Seriously. Second time and very disappointed with the service. I Would literally travel to the other two locations even though this is right next-door to my house. The first time I went we weren’t even a party of that many and had a wait. The service was slow and the food took a while to come out. I ended up taking my salad to go since I ran out of time. We all know what happens to salad to go. Fast forward to the second try. We love Chilli’s and must give it another try. This time we had a large party of 10 and it was already 7pm. It took over an hour to be seated and the restaurant was half empty. We sat and ordered and the food took another hour and change! The menu is the same and the food is the same as they have always prepared it. What was the big issue? We’re not sure ourselves. We called the manager and explained and frustration and the only thing he said was that«I will check on it.» He must’ve said something to him servers because they came out a few minutes after that and just kept giving us more chips while huffing and puffing. Of course, they did not mention that invitation to giving us chips they kept charging us guacamole charges. At the end of our meal(when the food finally came) we had about five guacamole charges! Half of us had the meal but the other half had to take it to go because it was already 9:30PM! They never offered anything not even an apology for our wait or frustration or even the complaint. Needless to say we will only go to the other locations from now on.

I finally made it over to the newest dining option in Wesley Chapel. We had lunch with the in-laws around 12:30 on Sunday. The place was a little busy, but we were seated right away. This new Chili’s is still very nice and clean. The décor is modern and the staff seems to be on top of things so far. I had an email for a free appetizer, so we shared the new White Spinach Queso without pico de gallo or guac. Yum! It was very good and also came with salsa for our chips. I opted for the Fresh Mex Pairings for my meal, choosing chicken quesadillas with citrus-chile rice and black beans. I thought everything was good, but the«new» rice tasted exactly the same as the old rice. This wasn’t an issue since I’ve always liked the rice, but figured it was worth mentioning. I love the somewhat new feature of paying from a small handheld computer at each table. It makes it easy to track down your server and really speeds up the processing of getting your check and leaving. Not to mention, it figures out the tip amount for you and offers percentage suggestions. I think Chili’s is a great chain for casual dining and Wesley Chapel could always use more restaurants.

Chili’s in Wesley Chapel just recently opened maybe a few weeks to a month ago. To — Go seemed like a good option on a rainy cooler Friday night. Going on Chili’ , they have a convenient easy«order now» feature. I ordered our food easily, called to check that they had it, and it was picked up. Tilapia with mango salsa, 5 wedge potatoes, corn on the cob, 3 southwest eggrolls, and a bowl of baked potato soup were received. This food was sadly pretty blah and unflavorful. The best parts were the southwest eggrolls and the corn on the cob. We may go back and try something else, and get drinks just because it’s in the neighborhood, but who knows. There is no outside seating to bring your dog. They have that next door at Applebees. This is convenient for those shopping at Walmart, & want to pick something up.

Finally, another option for easy dining in Wesley Chapel! This one happens to be within walking distance of my house, so another bonus. Located next to Applebee’s off SR54 near Bruce B. Downs in Wesley Chapel, the back of this Chili’s opens into the Walmart parking lot, which makes getting in and out of here much easier than it was when this was the previous location of the Chinese Buffet and Johnny Carino’s. You can exit out through Wal-mart and go east or west from the stoplight. They offer call ahead service, and we were quickly seated upon arrival when we dined last Thursday. There are lots of employees working, as they are training new employees and getting settled. It’s your usual Chili’s fare, with the iPads on the table for reordering drinks and paying for your bill. We sat in the bar area, which gives you free chips and salsa. We ordered the house margaritas, which are always buy one get one free, and then decided to go with the Mango Cuervo Margarita and the Presidente margarita. The waitress told us that she accidentally gave us the larger margaritas, so we actually scored a bit on that. Our food order did have a mishap, but it wasn’t a huge deal. If we had complained I’m sure they would have made it right. We ended up getting people’s food from the table next to ours, and they got ours. I think they complained and we just went with it. It was REALLY similar. We ordered the crispy chicken crispers with corn and honey mustard and an old timer burger. They ordered the original chicken crispers with bean soup and honey mustard and a cheeseburger. Understandable mishap! They got us our corn, and I removed the bacon, and all was fine for us. We ended up getting our food sooner! Didn’t really realize what had happened until their food came out and they sent things back. Oops! Service was quick, and what you’d expect from Chili’s. I’m not a fan of chains, but being this close I’m sure we’ll be back. Oh yeah, their new fried pickles are amaze-balls. Definitely give them a try!
