Warm Springs Inn & Winery

Wish I could give it 10 stars! The house is absolutely stunning and the rooms are beautiful. My (now) fiancée and I stayed here for a couple nights and I actually proposed here. Julie was incredibly sweet, helpful, and thoughtful and helped me plan the proposal to make it an extra special event. It went perfectly all thanks to her. I also can’t rave enough about the breakfast! Ledger made the best dutch baby I have ever had! Lastly, you must try the hot tub, oh boy its great! If you are planning a trip to Leavenworth or Wenatchee I highly recommend you make the small trek out here and stay, it’s going to be so much nicer than the average hotel and well worth the drive! We came as guests and left feeling like close friends.

My fiancé and I had a great stay over New Year’s weekend! The house and property are beautiful! We had a room overlooking the River, very clean with everything necessary. Ludger and Julie are great owners and hosts! Ludger, an elite career-​chef, prepared delicious breakfasts that we enjoyed while looking out over the river, a snow-​covered orchard, and hills in the background. We enjoyed an impromptu wine-​tasting as well. We had pleasant conversations with Ludger and Julie, who were both willing to offer recommendations on activities, dining, etc, as well as just chat about wine, travel, and the like. We lucked into this great experience and hope others will too!

Can’t wait to come back! The hospitality and family atmosphere is amazing. Beautiful. Spacious rooms with old world charm. River is right behind the inn. Amazing people and great conversation. And the food is incredible. We are already making plans to come back.

Husband, 2 sons & I spent an evening here on our way to see my brother. It’s a charming setting and Julie & Ludger were very warm & welcoming. Much, much nicer than staying in a hotel and extra stars to Ludger for the fine breakfast he prepared. Would definitely recommend it. &:0)

This place has ruined bed and breakfasts for us because we now have celestial expectations after our stay at the Warm Springs. The rooms are great and offer everything you need. Warm springs is in a quiet, secluded location while also only a five minute drive into Wenatchee. Julie and Ludger are superior hosts and make you feel right at home. The food is outstanding. Chef Ludger puts Tom Douglas to shame. Prices are very reasonable as well. This is the only place we will ever stay when visiting Wenatchee or Leavenworth.

Owner «didn’t realize“it was a «holiday» weekend (Valentines weekend) that I had asked for a 2 night stay for. So after I asked for pricing she came back and said she wanted to know if we could extend our stay for 3 nights. When I said no, she then contracted with another party who inquired after us, because they wanted a third night. Ridiculous.

Warm Springs Inn has new owners. Julie and Ludger Szamania bought the property in early 2014. After searching for weeks for a suitable venue for a rehearsal banquet for my son and his then fiancée, we were lucky enough to secure a date at the charming Warm Springs Inn. We learned of the venue through their events coordinator, Ericka Brown. The whole experience was a pleasure. The planning, the contract, the menu, everything was so easy and even better than that it all happened exactly as Ericka and the owners (Julie and Ludger) promised it would. The venue is gorgeous, perfect for our group of 50 people. Ericka is such a wizard, she must have a glass ball that she can see into, because we agreed to have them host the event sight unseen. We had never been there before. Sometimes you just hit the jackpot! Every detail was perfect. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. The service was exceptional. The food was exquisite. My wife and I are looking forward to revisiting the Bed and Breakfast one of these days. In these days of usually not getting what you pay for the Warm Springs Inn is a no brainer. Ericka, Julie, and Ludger are much more like friends than just people we wrote a check to. Ericka, Julie and Ludger please accept our thanks for making Kyle and Shannon’s rehearsal luncheon so special and an event we will never forget! You are all awesome!

This place is a beauty little off the beaten path place. I would have loved to have had my wedding here but it was unavailable for our date.

This review is for our wedding as my husband and I got married here in July 2010. Five stars, what more can I say. Kathy, the proprietor, is nothing short of amazing. Meticulous, well-​organized, full of great feedback and ideas, familiar with all of the vendors. She was an absolute dream to work with, especially considering we were planning the wedding from Phoenix! Between she and my parents, all bases were covered!
Our wedding day was marvelous, beautiful day, beautiful location (right on the river), lovely outdoor reception. Truly a day to remember and our friends and family still compliment us on what a great wedding we had.
The B and B itself is beautiful. Being that the wedding was there, we had our run of the house for the weekend, which was great! Can’t say enough great things! We plan to come back this summer when we visit my family to celebrate our anniversary! Can’t wait!!!

Friendly staff and charming antique feel, but beware the musty smell in the bedsheets, the shower curtain, and the cloth napkins provided at breakfast! The bathrooms don’t have fans (and you can tell the effects on the wallpaper, which starts peeling as soon as the shower is in use). Given the older building, I can understand that renovations would be costly to rectify that issue, but there’s no reason that the sheets and napkins should smell. Not recommendable if you want an odor-​free getaway weekend. The problem trumps the great breakfast and convenient location to downtown Wenatchee.

My husband and I stayed here in May 2005. This is a wonderful B&B located just outside of town in a quiet little nighborhood. The property is huge, right on the river, with geese running around and beautiful landscaping. The hosts are great and breakfast was delicious — stuffed german pancakes and grilled grapefruit cocktail. Kathy even got soy sausage for us vegetarians! There is a library of DVD’s and the living room is open for guests. We look forward to our next Washington road trip and the chance to stay here!
