Clean rooms, tasty breakfast, 24 hour pool, will definitely be back when we’re in the area!

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A PET. Don’t be fooled by the lack of additional fee for having a pet in your room with you… we were charged with a $ 100+ fee for our trained, well-​behaved dog making a «mess» when she did not. Don’t blame us for a smelly, old room with dirty carpet. We were charged with this fee even before we were charged for our room. Everything else, including the room/​breakfast/​amenities, were average at best.

We argued the extra charge and it was dropped. At first the manager said that they could only reduce the charges and not eliminate them. They claimed they had pics but never were shown them. At the time of check out, we had asked for a walk through and they insisted it was fine without it so we mentioned this occurring and I guess that’s why they took away the charge. I guess the TL;DR is to make sure you get a walk through of your room before you leave if you bring your pet.
What a headache.

Won’t return. Didn’t have the king bed we reserved, Wi-​Fi didn’t work, radio made intermittent buzzing sounds during the night. We got in very late and wanted to eat something, had to eat on the bed (no table/​chairs just desk and single chair) single ply toilet paper (silly yes but expected better). Plumbing noises and big stompy feet overhead. Lumpy, weird pillows. We didn’t get to bed until 1:30am hoping to sleep late. 7 am the adjoining room heads off to hit the free breakfast and leaves the small yapping dog to bark in the room while they were gone. 45 mins later they are back, the yapping stops but then she comes out INTO THE HALLWAY to blab on the phone! Who does that??? Oh and no automatic door for those hauling luggage etc plus a curb to step up onto to go down to the parking lot.

Clean, air conditioned, convenient location, comfortable and great staff who provide excellent service. I would call this about a 3 star hotel. Nothing to write home about but good basic accommodations. The free breakfast is reheated frozen stuff and ok but if you want a really good breakfast plan on going to a local restaurant. Bed is o.k. but the pillows we got were a bit odd sized and not particularly comfortable. If you are sensitive to this bring your own pillow. Good value for the price. We paid 125 a night but found out there was a baseball tournament in town and if we had picked a different weekend we might have gotten a better deal. Many hotels were already booked out.

They cover all the basics very well. Bed is comfy though rather soft, wifi works well, AC very powerful, friendly checkin. Pool and breakfast. A first for me: USB charging ports!
They do use dryer sheets on the bedding and towels, allergy sufferers beware.
Located right on the main drag of Wenachee.

We have been staying at La quinta wenatchee for going on a month. We have a cat and a dog traveling with us. The staff have been exemplary in working with us. Every one has been friendly and courteous. I work nights so the morning breakfast hour doesn’t work for my schedule. The weekends are crazy for the staff with checkout, check in etc so we try to stay out of the way. The rooms all have flat screen televisions, and we brought our blue ray player. All in all a great place to stay with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Laquinta.

I stayed here last week for a few days. I really like that my dog is free and they are not too uptight about that, and the WIFI is good. Overall it’s ok, but the light was out in the bathroom, the water pressure is poor, and the breakfast is kind of weak (the pastries are inedible, other options are limited, and the cups for everything are Styrofoam, which is pretty low class in my book). Even in your room it’s all styrofoam. I didn’t use the nice stuff like the pool and sauna. The receptionist ranged from friendly and helpful (AM) to Neomi (PM), who was hostile, unhelpful, and unapologetic (overworked perhaps, but really, it’s a service industry so hire nice people). The floors are definitely thin. 2.5 is the right number of stars but can’t do that so…

Checked in late at 7:00 p.m., after calling hours earlier, and even then was told «hang on, your room *might* be ready.» It was, but we were told there were not going to be towels for a while.
This hotel also doesn’t have an elevator, which is important when travelling with suitcases. And, like all La Quintas, you’re going to hear every word spoken in the rooms around you.
Luckily we were only there for one night.

I would give this place more stars if I was staying here with my dogs. The hotel is clean for the most part but our shower smelled moldy and my husband found mold all over the shower. We notified the front desk and were told they would take care of it, but it was still there the next day. Back to the dogs! I love places that allow pets, as I am a pet owner myself and it comes in handy. But we seriously felt we were staying at a kennel! Barking dogs all night and all morning! Love my furry friends, but u really live my sleep to! So… with that being said, of you are traveling with your pet, this is a clean place to stay.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel a half dozen times over the past few years. We’ve enjoyed our stays here and their rates are very reasonable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the free breakfast is typical but good, the front desk is friendly, the 24-​hour pool is a pretty cool amenity, and the A/​C works very well. It has aged a bit over the years, but it’s still a solid place to stay. This may be our last visit here for a while, though, unless they buy new beds. That is the reason I didn’t give it 4 stars and is the biggest issue I have with this hotel. The beds are squishy and soft. It’s time for new beds, La Quinta, beds that are firm. It was tough to sleep this time.

My husband and I needed to stay in Wenatchee for 2 nights. My husband booked this room online via their website. He was asked when he wanted to check in, he said between 12−3pm. The hotel (website) replied that they would text him when the room was ready. We arrived at 1pm, having not heard from them, we headed to the front desk to see if there was a hold up of some kind. The front desk girl informed us that you were not allowed to check in until 3pm, no matter what.
So, when we returned at 3pm to check in, the previous young lady, was about to leave for the day and had to train a new young lady. She was very condescending and rude to the new girl. Not sure if we REALLY weren’t allowed to check in until 3 or if the first girl just wanted to get out of there on time for her shift end.
The bed was horrible and so were the pillows. NOT comfortable at all! The air conditioner quit working in the early evening. It would not blow at all… not even just good olé air. It would eventually kick back on in the morning… hmmm, wonder if that happens EVERY night! No AC for the rooms at night?
Having had a horrible nights sleep, we decided that for our 2^nd night, we would just go across the street and try out the Holiday Inn Express. We requested a late check out, which my husband was told by the «new girl», not sure if they can do that or not.
The room was right next to the stairs & the supply closet (not a big deal)…until the next day. The maids parked their carts outside our room, ran the vacuum for what seemed like an eternity right in front of our door (with the do not disturb sign out). Then the door was hit with the vacuum, repeatedly. When we decided to just leave, forget about the late check out, get me out of this hotel… one maid and her cart were parked right in front of the door. She turned to see me trying to get out the door with my arms full, and walked in to another room, leaving her cart right in the way.
We finally got the call from the front desk that we could in fact have a late check out… we did not care to use it. We went across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn Express for a MUCH nicer stay. Bed was nice, pillows were great and the staff was very friendly.

stayed here for three nights for a mini staycation. I love la quinta hotels, and this one was as usual great. Our room was incredibly clean and clearly recently renovated (the building itself is older, but the rooms all have been updated and have really nice flat screen tvs) the staff were all wonderful, and they even gave us extra pillows for the room. At $ 65 a night including breakfast, free wifi and pets are welcome you aren’t going to find a better deal on a hotel. My only complaint is that there was nothing I could eat at breakfast.

Best La Quinta I have stayed in. The hotel staff were very friendly! The breakfast was well stocked with multiple items (biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt etc). For the price it was very worth it. The lobby also had a really home like feeling and very nicely decorated for fall.

I want to start off by saying this hotel is loaded with perks for the price. First, they have a 24 hour hottub and pool with fitness center. Awesome. Secondly, pets without additional fee? Hell yes they do. Thirdly, the tv had A LOT of channel choices including HD on a huge Samsung tv flat screen. You may think I am in a suite with a premium price. Wrong. I am in a double queen on a Friday night for 78.00. The last thing I wanted to make clear here is when hotels say they have free high-​speed internet and free in room Wi-​Fi it usually isn’t fast and kicks you off a lot. At least that jas been my experience the last 5 hotels I’ve been in ranging from the mirage in LV to hilton in Seattle. But this hotel. A La Quinta at that… registers a 14.27 mbps download speed average and 3.44 mbps upload speed. This place has the best internet. Even my comcast at home is slower than here even though it registers much faster than here. Strange but awesome. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and has true high speed internet.

Stayed here on a business trip. My kids were off school for the week so I brought them along. We really enjoyed our stay. The employees from the front desk manager to the people working on the rooms were all wonderful. For me that was the best and most important thing. The room was nice and clean. I definitely felt I got my money’s worth. The breakfast was good. Good options. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have salt out. (my boys like salt with their hard boiled eggs, but weren’t feeling confident enough to go ask :)). My boys’ favorite part was the 24 hour pool. They got to go 2 times which is like heaven for them. The pool is away from the rooms so they didn’t have to be quiet either. I will definitely be returning when on business trips and family trips.

Stayed here for a softball tournament a week ago. It is an older building and no elevator in the place, which I thought odd and a pain if you have a lot of stuff to carry or kids. On the plus side, staff was great and friendly. Best part of this place is the 24 hour pool. They even let us set up beer pong on the pool room! The décor is pretty bad, but as I said, it is old and you can tell. Bed was so so… a little squishy for my taste. Refrigerators, micro, coffee maker in each room. Decent enough for a cheaper hotel, but I do feel its is slightly overpriced for what it is in the area. Close to lots of restaurants, parks, etc. Clean hotel, just old. Typical continental breakfast, nothing special. We picked this place b/​c of the pool being open ²⁴⁄₇. :)

Our go to hotel chain. We always have a good time here. We take our little dogs with us on road trips and this is the only truly pet friendly hotel out there. No pet fees or waivers to sign. Simply clean up after your pet and your good. The hotel was nice and clean as usual. This location has nice new big lcd tv’s which was a nice bonus. The morning complimentary breakfast was nice as well. Get the good deals online for under $ 70 which makes it a great deal.

We had a wonderful stay here. It isn’t a fancy hotel, but it’s nice enough. The front desk person was quite friendly and helpful. When I told her we didn’t have a coffee carafe in our room, she gave us one within 5 minutes of my request. I loved that our pooch was welcome and even loved by the staff. My son enjoys the pool, and the beds were comfy with a very nice television. We paid less than $ 70 for our king-​sized room (that’s including tax). We consider La Quinta to be our hotel of choice because we always know what to expect.
Oh yeah, and the breakfast was yummy. The waffles are always a hit (although this time I didn’t partake).
All in all, I would recommend this hotel — it’s cute, convenient and friendly!

The room was very clean. The bed comfortable with extra pillows. The TV was huge. The room was decorated with local-​inspired art — a very nice touch. There was a mini-​fridge and microwave in the room.
There is an exercise room that has only a bike, treadmill, and elliptical.
They are very pet friendly.
The breakfast consisted of carbs and sugars. Make-​your-​own waffle, three kinds of cereal, biscuit and gravy, bagels, and toast. They were out of yogurt and fruit juice when we got down to breakfast. They replaced the yogurt and it quickly disappeared again. They never replaced the juices. The coffee was horrible.
Our only complaint is that you can easily hear noise from the hallways and other rooms. Every time someone used their toilet, sink, or shower from nearby rooms, next door, above, or below, we could very much so hear it. When someone walked in the room above us, we clearly heard their footsteps. When the people next door talked, we could hear their muffled conversation. When people were in the hallway, we could hear them. We ended up putting towels down on the ground between the gap between the door and carpet to try to get rid of the noise and light from the hallway. I would not recommend this place for light sleepers.
The front desk staff was very helpful in the evening. We asked for recommendations on where to eat. She printed off menus of two local restaurants as well as directions. However, the guy who was there in the morning, did not give good directions for getting on 97-​south.

If I could give this shi*hole a minus five stars I would. Stay somewhere else; anywhere else. Half of the hotel is basically underground with smelly, ancient cigarette/​dog/​god-​knows what smells with a window that is high up the wall. You could stand on the chair and crawl out of it if you absolutely had to but it would be difficult. Their on-​line rate of $ 85 is about 3x what this room is worth. Got a room at the Red Lion instead which was twice the size and above ground for the same price. Have also stayed at several other hotels in Wenatchee which are fine. Oh, and the moron at the desk in the filthy clothes. Bite me. I’d hope you’d get fired except I will never, ever see you again if you keep your crap job at this crap hotel.
