Comfort Suites

We were passing through and planned on going to Leavenworth the following day. We were looking for a hotel with a pool for the kids and didn’t like the price of many of the newer hotels in Leavenworth. When I called they quoted me the same price I found on several other sites. This gives me confidence that they truly are giving me the lowest rate. While checking in, the front deskb told us about their manager’s socail in the evening. They had soups, fruits and crackers. No alcohol like we’ve had at many, but the bottles of wine they sold at the desk were reasonably priced. The room was very clean as was the pool. Actually the pool was a lot cleaner than most. The staff at breakfast were extremely frienly and had a omlet station. I would definitely stay here again! It wasn’t the best hotel I have stayed at, but for the price it was perfect!

Stayed here for a Chamber of Commerce event. Nice staff and spacious rooms. Free wired and wireless internet was super fast so it’s great for doing business from the room. Nice views and hot breakfast in the lobby area.

Nice hotel in Wenatchee. Booked online and used reward points so it was within our budget otherwise would be easy to spendy booking it last minute as we did. Front desk staff was very friendly, room was great, breakfast was as expected and decent. Liked the exercise room but

Everything was clean and smelled fresh, including the rooms, hallways and elevators. The beds are so comfy, almost like being at home. Room attendants were always very pleasant and professional. The location is nice, beautiful views of the mountains.

Loved this hotel! So clean and nice inside! The staff was amazing too. They made us feel like family! We will for sure be going back next time we are in the area. My kids loved it too! Great breakfast and pool.

What a great place! They offer a dinner and breakfast buffet! The room was extremely clean and well kept. Everyone from the Gardner to the front desk staff was over the top friendly and helpful. The pool was a little green but the kids didn’t notice. I will always plan my Wenatchee stays at this hotel! Thank you!

Others have covered many of the details I would go over here, so I will keep this on the short side;
Pros:
–Extremely friendly and professional staff
–Clean rooms, hallways and pool area– cleaning crew always working hard
–Complimentary food, twice a day (though, mostly carbs/​sugar, as one would expect)
–Nice room layouts
–Easy location to find, and get to and from
Cons:
–Many rooms are facing a hill that large diesel trucks stagger up at 4:30 every morning (there was not a single night that I was able to sleep through or past this ordeal). From the third floor, there’s not much that even a sound barrier could accomplish, so, other than thicker windows, I have no idea how the hotel would rectify this.
-(minor complaint) The all-​purpose weight machine in the gym is rickety and barely functional. Not a deal breaker, but not up to par with the rest of the hotel.
The only reason I took off a star was the noise issue– otherwise, everything was great.

Second time staying here was much different than the first. Arrived at 10pm at night to find out they cancelled my reservation. My reservation was made my by work travel coordinator and reserved with a credit card. The front desk clerk told me the reservation had been cancelled online by the person making it (later confirmed not true by my travel agent). Then when questioned said it was cancelled because the work credit card didnt go through (turns out this was true as it was used fraudulently and a new one was issued between the time room was reserved and when I arrived). I asked why on earth they wouldnt call me and they said they called my office number (obviously not going to be there on a Sunday evening while driving to Wenatchee). Why would they not call cell phone on file?
ANYWAY, they say they are able to get me in to a room as originally booked but it will be 30 more than the rate I was originally quoted (what!). I said no thanks and they then said they would speak to a manager and ended up giving my company the same rate.
Fast forward to two days later when I wake up to find a bill under my door one day early before my scheduled departure. I call front desk and they say hotel is sold out and I only booked for two days. I hurriedly pack up (as I am supposed to be at a meeting) and go down to the front desk to show them my original confirmation which showed the entire 3 day stay. They apologized but said they were full. I finished packing up and as I was leaving out the door the front desk called and said someone cancelled and I could stay.
What a big hassle.
The work out room has one treadmill which was in use almost every evening so I had to stand around waiting. Then when I did use it — the buttons were malfunctioning and hard to use. The tv in the room is positioned in a way you cant even see it without craning your neck. It needs to be re positioned.

This hotel was fantastic! The staff were great and greeted us warmly. There were oatmeal raisin cookies on the counter to greet you as you checked in. Our room was beautifully decorated. It was a little small, but had everything we needed and more. Our room had a micro, fridge and coffee maker. In the lobby they were offering complimentary chili and crackers, soup, chips and salsa and fruit. Wow! They even had a nice selection of beer if you wanted one. They were a little spendy at $ 3. A bottle. In the morning they had an absolutely fantastic complimentary breakfast. Made-​to-​order on omelettes, eggs, sausage, potatoes, blueberry waffles. I could go on and on. It was the best darn breakfast! We will definitely stay there again. Yes to free parking and free wifi.

I’m staying at this hotel this week. I checked in late last night. I’m here on work. I placed a do not disturb sign on the door. This means do not disturb. I come back to my room and it’s been cleaned. I went to the front desk and they stated it’s in your folio that you signed. I stated I don’t want the room entered when I have the hanger placed saying do not disturb. She stated they knock. I stated what happens if I’m sleeping with ear plugs soundly; someone will just enter the room. She stated they enter the room to clean. Really? Wrong answer. I will avoid this chain in the future. If you want your privacy then don’t stay here.
Don’t get me wrong. The rooms are very nice and very clean. I just like my privacy and that is a very big thing for me.

When I checked in, I couldn’t believe this was a Comfort Suites. Saying it was much better than a Hilton is not an overstatement. The staffs were so friendly, the place was so modern and clean (freshly baked cookies couldn’t hurt either). My room was so nice and clean too. The style was contemporary and tasteful with granite and woods décor. There were extra electrical and USB outlets on the work desk. There was no dust anywhere, even on the window sill or in the corners, amazing. The bathroom was spotless and the towels and bedding were soft and comfortable. The breakfast was great too with many hot items like waffles, eggs, bacon and sausages and fruits and more. I was surprised to see a lady there making omelets to orders, at no charge. They came to the tables to take away empty plates and cups too… The service was way better than that at most good restaurants.
After 17 years of heavy business traveling, this hotel is one of a few hotels that leaves a great impression on me. I definitely will stay here again next time. The next best place to being home? Naaaah… better, I didn’t have to do the dishes.

We visit Wenatchee/​Leavenworth every year but this visit was on a whim. We literally called hours before our arrival and lucked into getting the perfect room. We travel a lot, I work for an airline, and this hotel ranks among some of the absolute best we have stayed at in a small town. The staff were some of the friendliest people of any hotel we have visited. The room was clean and large enough for the 4 of us to be comfortable. This is now our go to hotel when we visit apple country in Washington.

Wow. What a gem! I have previously stayed at the Springhill Suites, but really like the Comfort Suites better. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is awesome. Get it early and get a table. The indoor pool is good for the kids. The suite itself is spacious. We got the King sized bed with the privacy border and the kids got the sofabed. There was a mini fridge, and microwave. A/​C worked extremely well. It was quiet. I would totally recommend the Comfort Suites and I would stay there again!

My family and I stayed here for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! When we arrived, the front desk woman was very nice and welcoming and we were even given a requested top floor room at the last minute.
The room was very nice and clean. No complaints at all.
The free breakfast in the morning is always appreciated and they had a few employees there helping out and keeping everything stocked. They even come around and take your trash/​empty plates. The hotel also has chili, soup and chips/​salsa in the lobby every evening. That’s a first I’ve seen. We liked our first nights stay there so much we decided to stay another day. There is so much to do and see in that area. Lake Chelan, Leavenworth, Confluence State Park, etc.
Thanks for the great stay! We will definitely return in the future if we are in/​around Wenatchee.

Comfort Suites is bar far the best chain in the choice line! I am a Diamond Choice Hotel member (meaning I spend more than 50 nights at Choice Hotels a year) and have a wide variety of experiences at choice hotels. This hotel definetly supeceeded my expecations.
My family and myself stayed here a few weeks ago because all of the hotels in Leavenworth were booked.
For starters, when you check in they have cookies ready and acknowledge you as a choice diamond member. The hotel is very modern and clean and looks nicer than a 3 star hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are updated and clean.
The breakfast is about the best hot breakfast you will have at a 3 star hotel. There are an assortment of pastries and breads, juice choices, omlet bar, etc.
If your destination is Leavenworth, this is a great alternative to not staying in town if you dont mind a 20 – 30 minute drive. We stayed here for 2 days in the winter and drove to Leavenworth 1 – 2 times daily for festivities without incident.
I would give this hotel 5 stars, however their fitness center is lacking in equipment and amenities.

We had tickets to the Maroon 5 show, and ended up booking our hotel kind of late. Comfort Suites was literally the only hotel with availability. The hotel is nice, the room was big with comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub stay open 24 hours for adults, which is a plus. They offer complimentary cookies and coffee… which is also nice. Good location, right in the middle of town with tons of restaurants to choose from.

Free breakfast was pretty standard, but very good. The omelette bar is a really nice touch. The free «manager’s dinner» is more of a later snack (think soup, chili, chips and salsa, etc) but was very good considering it was free.
The rooms are large and spacious and on one occasion I really appreciated the pull-​out bed when bringing my kids on a business trip.
My coworkers said the manager was rude/​pretentious, but all of the dealings I have had at the front desk were great.
The fitness center is very small but gets the job done if no one else is in there.

What a pleasant surprise. Stayed one night on a business trip. This truly was the cleanest hotel room and bathroom I have ever seen. The bed was comfortable with a lot of pillows. I had a King with a couch sitting area. The room was very comfortable.
Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and standard fair. Easy to find right of of Easy Street! I would stay here again for pleasure in a minute!

Alright, now this is not the type of hotel that I would willingly stay at nor would I normally give 4 stars to a hotel that I’d normally consider to be on par price-​wise with Holiday Inns, etc., I don’t have any legit complaints.
We snatched this hotel up on
because we wanted to go to Oktoberfest in Leavenworth last minute and all of the hotels there were already sold out. Being one of the only other options available, we snatched up a room for about $ 98 that included tax. Not only was the hotel a steal, I was happy that we chose this hotel since our friends down the road complained that their hotels were dirty and loud.
The customer service here was exceptional — very friendly, professional, not what you would expect at all from this type of place. You’d expect at a place this large to get ignored and mediocre service but every single employee that we passed by not only said «hi» but wished us a pleasant day and asked if we needed anything.
The rooms were pretty decent — fairly large, clean, and we had an incredible view of the mountains. We expected the hotel to be loud with crazy drunken Oktoberfesters but it was surprisingly quiet.
To get to Oktoberfest, they had a shuttle that drove us to and from for $ 10 each and was about 20 miles away from downtown Leavenworth.
Great place to stay if you’re in the area and want a cheaper alternative to a hotel in Leavenworth.
