History

Established in 2000.

Kathy relocated in the Bay Area after running an award-​winning business in Phoenix/​Scottsdale. In 1987 she became fully engaged in hospitality design on her first two projects, the major remodel of Diablo Country Club and Tommy T’s Comedy Club in San Ramon, CA. She honed her skills designing restaurant interiors for 13 years before establishing her own business in 2000.

Being an independant design professional allows Kathy to engage her creative skills on many types of projects including churches, hotels, senior housing, residential interiors and tenant improvements for businesses and restaurants. She received the NAHB’s CAPS certification and looks forward to making many residential interiors safe and accessible while increasing their value and curb-​appeal.

Teaming up with quality architects, contractors and subcontractors, Kathy brings added value to every project and shares her vast network of sources with every client to give them the value they expect.
