Green Mechanics

I rarely write reviews but would like to put out a good word for Vincent who has installed a brand new heating system for our home in Newark. Vincent was very professional, extremely respectful, and his work was done very clean. He is very knowledgeable and can problem solve issues very quickly. The heater was installed almost one year ago and yesterday after coming home from vacation, we found that our heater was not turning on. We panicked since our home was so cold and with three children, we were at a limbo on what to do. We called Vincent and despite his busy schedule, he stopped by our home and helped fix the problem right away. His caring nature came through. He could have just ignored our call since he was busy but instead he took the time to come by and help us. Hey for real this guy’s awsome, personable professional on time. I had some a $$hole contractor sell me a used unit and the condenser was so loud my neighbors hated me, vince tore it out for free and only charged me labor on installing a new 3 ton fujitzu.
Was there every morning tull every night until we were done, hese the man.

Vince is an incredibly competent service provider. He is prompt, cordial, and responsive to the customer. We had electrical issues and gas issues that he diagnosed and solved with a minimum of extra disruption. He easily worked around our schedules and still completed the tasks in a reasonable time period. We are repeat customers and will continue to use his services; as well as to refer others.

This review is overdue.
A few years ago Vince come out and install an AC. Not only were his prices reasonable — He was extremely professional, patient and thorough in making sure the unit was installed properly. About a year after the install, something malfunctioned in the unit and it wasn’t cooling anymore. We called Vince and he came out the next day and fixed it for us. He dealt with the company regarding the warranty and everything. It was totally hassle free.
Anyways, I recently moved and called Vince to see if we could have the AC removed to take with us. Again, he came out just the next day to uninstall it!
We will continue to use and refer friends to Green Mechanics for all HVAC needs.

I recently just purchased my first home and I was having some problems with my air conditioner. I was really bummed out. I had heard about Green Mechanics from my boss and he high recommended them so I gave them a call. I spoke with Vince Dias and we set up a date so he could come take a look ay what the problem might be. My air conditioner is now fixed and I have to say i had a wonderful experience with Green Mechanics. Vince Dias was very professional and he did a great job of explaining everything he was going to do and things i needed to do to keep up with my AC like changing my filters and things like that. Being a girl I really appreciated how thorough Vince was. I would highly recommend Green Mechanics! Very Professional, Excellent Customer Service and Trustworthy! I give them 5 stars!
