I had my bonus room cleaned by Luigi. He was courteous, thoughtful and friendly. He even helped me move my treadmill as it was too heavy for me to move by myself. When my cat soiled a corner of the newly cleaned carpet, Luigi came back and re– treated the affected area. I will definitely use Do It Green Carpet again.

Today I had my carpet and couch cleaned. They did an amazing job, I was so concerned that they couldn’t remove the stains from the carpet that my puppy caused. They were very professional, I advised the Technician Gustavo, about my new paint on the walls and he was very cautious. He even gave me complementary shoe covers.

I had my sectional cleaned yesterday by Do it Green Carpet Cleaning. It looks like they did a great job with the sectional and the guy who came to do the work was really nice, informative and friendly.
The reason for my 3-​star review is because they left a mess around my sectional. I have a sign on my front door asking to kindly remove shoes. Unfortunately, the sign was completely ignored and shoes were not removed (and no shoe covers used like most of the companies do these days). There was water used to clean my sectional and the guy was in and out of my house with his shoes on. This morning, when the floors got completely dry, the whole area around my sectional is full of dry mud and shoe prints.
It’s great that they cleaned my sectional but I am very disappointed that they left me with another job to do — clean my floors, especially after paying $ 200 for 1-​hour job.

Over the years I have never used the same carpet cleaning service twice, because of less than satisfactory results. No more! These guys were really great. We have two kids and a dog and our carpets… well… they look like shit. They were new two years ago but they’ve been affronted with winter mud, spilled juice, wine, etc. We even have an area that smells of mildew because it was periodically soaked with shower water that spilled out of the bathroom. Anyway, Luigi helped me. He was very friendly from the start. He was very thorough and asked enough questions that I could tell he knew what he was doing. His team arrived exactly when promised and they were friendly and hard working. But most importantly, our carpets now look just about as good as they did when they were new two years ago. Thanks Luigi for such a good job. We’ll be seeing you a year from now after our kids finish destroying all the good work you did.

Luigi was awesome! Very thorough and did a great job. I’m happy to know that the carpets are clean and safe for the whole family-​baby & pets included! There were no offensive smells at all and I’m very sensitive. Only drawback is you have to have your furniture moved or arranged off the carpeted areas beforehand or they will just clean around them (tho he did offer a helping hand which was great). But overall very pleased and will use this service again in 6 months or so. Thanks for doing such a great job!

I needed my carpets cleaned before we put our house on the market. The gal on the phone was very accommodating and we were able to schedule when it was convenient for us. Our tech was Luiggi. They called when he was running a little late, which I appreciate. He arrived, looked around a bit, sprayed some magical who knows what on the carpet, raked them with some special tool, and proceeded to steam clean out the 7 years of stains and gunk! Our carpets look SOOOO much better (check out my before and after picture). Price was reasonable, he was very quick and friendly, and our carpets look amazing! I would not hesitate to call them again.

First, carpet cleaned beautifully, reasonable price.
Second, silk rugs also cleaned when I learned Do It Green is certified. Two tasks off my list!!!
Customer service: Luigi and his wife are owners. She has a lovely (not sales-​y)
phone presence. Luigi is pleasant, smart, honest.
Bonus: Company picked off Internet for Green affiliation; didn’t even check reviews. Delighted to learn I hired a local family raising great kids. Luigi’s daughters rank No. 1 and No. 2 in nation for their age groups in synchronized swim. Girls swim with WC’s world-​class Aquanauts.

One word… excellent. Okay, maybe a few more. Friendly, efficient, timely, professional. I called on Monday morning for a cleaning on Thursday morning. The woman who answered the phone answered «no problem». Gustavo came to my home and immediately inspected the ground in spots on my carpet. He mentioned that he may not be able to remove them because they had been there for almost a year. But then, he scrubbed the area down before the cleaning of the whole room was done. Lo and behold, all the spots and shoe prints were removed. My carpet looked brand new! No chemical odor, done in less than 2 hours.
I highly recommend Do It Green Carpet Cleaning and I will definitely use them again.

There are so many companies to choose from and I called around for a number of non-​toxic Chemical companies. Our Carpet cleaning was performed by Luigi & it already looks way better than before. We been having a lot of dust and damage from the home renovation and he was able to make the carpets nice and clean. There’s also no odor from the products that they use since it’s the good stuff. I was impressed that they took all the precautions to maintain our newly painted walls with their bumper covers. Luigi also noted our narrow and low ceiling staircase and was super careful. This my first perfect carpet cleaning and I’ll keep up the maintenance with them. Thanks!

Wanted to say how satisfied I was with the carpet cleaning I had last Friday. The technician was very friendly and helpful. He and I walked the carpets and discussed places of concern. He suggested the extra enzyme treatment because of previous pet accidents. He was done in a timely fashion. The results were wonderful. What I noticed besides the clean was that the carpet felt clean, no residue or chemical odor. The carpets also dried quite quickly .
I will definitely use them again.
