Fantastic job. Jules was as professional as they come. We bought the Living Social coupon and were very pleased with the price and service. Jules was particularly knowledgeable and attentive to our Adrian Pearsall chair and couch. We’d highly recommend them.

Is there anything less than 1 star! I was using an Amazon coupon and had finally made an appointment. I had to run out for an errand and arrived home at 10:34 for my 10:30 appointment. 4 whole minutes late! After that it was all attitude from Jules. «I have appointments» «I have travel time» IT WAS 4 MINUTES! «I phoned you» I was driving home as fast as I could. «I’m not cleaning your carpets» What a complete and total jerk. He did promise our money back… we’ll see how that goes. There’s lots of other great carpet cleaners out there. Some times what looks like a good deal is ruined by a moron which no business sense and no public relations skills.

I purchased a coupon through Living Social. I was late 4 minutes for my appointment and they had already left! I called right away and they did not even bother to return my call. I escalated the complaint to Living Social and the company told Living Social that they had been overwhelmed by calls (really?!). I was told to email the company. When I sent my email asking for a refund, Lucy from Plush carpet care said that because I did not give 48 hrs notice, my coupon was subject to forfeiture. But they were going to make an exception for me and reschedule. I expressed in my email that I just want a refund and do not want to deal with a company like theirs. They have declined this request. What a headache! I have still to get my $ 65 I paid for this voucher! Long story short, do not bother!

I did not buy a Groupon, but I did call the company directly at the number on their website: 510−301−9993. I talked to a person immediately, and set up an appointment for the following week to clean two area rugs. Their prices were competitive, and they were willing to offer a discount since my schedule was flexible and I asked to tag my request along with another job in my area so the crew did not have to make a special visit to the neighborhood. They were on time and friendly, and fast! The carpets were cleaned and left to dry outside, and they were back in commission the same day (about seven hours from the time they were cleaned to the time I put them back on the ground). This transaction/​service went as smoothly as I could ask for and I recommend them to my neighbors whenever I have the opportunity.

I spoke with Lucy about three times (I had to reschedule once) and on each occasion she was friendly, courteous and helpful. The gentlemen arrived right on time (one was Jules, the owner) and did an excellent job, including nearly eliminating stains from where the feet of a trunk normally sit. The carpet is 15+ years old and it looks great. I will definitely have them clean it again.

On time, very professional and very polite! I would definitely recomment this carpet company to others and use in the future.

Where do I start? I purchased a Groupon for this place and it took over 5 calls to get a date scheduled.
One attempt when I reached someone (I later learned her name was Lucy) who answered the phone with «HELLO!» — no business name etc. when I asked if they were a carpet cleaning company, she hung up! I hit redial and got voice mail that identified the company as Plush Carpet Care.
The day they were scheduled to show up, I received a call 2 hours before the scheduled time (I was in a meeting so it went to voice mail) and Lucy said they were having problems with their van and had to cancel. When I called to reschedule (15 minutes after she left the voice mail) there was no answer and I left her a message. That was at 10:30 am. She finally called me back at 4:15 pm to reschedule.
Give me a break — they only have one truck? And it took them all morning to figure out their equipment wasn’t working?
I explained that their failure to show up was a major inconvenience since I had taken time off work and moved all the furniture out of the room. She apologized, but at that point it was too little, too late.
I noticed that if I had canceled, with less than 48 hour notice, I would have been charged $ 30!!!
I have to give props to Groupon — I was able to get my money refunded by them.
Needless to say, my carpet still needs cleaning.
I learned my lesson about Plush Carpet Care — so DON’T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME because they don’t find YOUR time valuable!!!

This company did a horrible job on my carpet didnt get up all the spots, and told my mother the spots wouldnt come up because the carpet is old, but the carpet is 2 years old. REALLY??? I have never had a carpet company that couldnt get my carpet cleaned
