Established in 1925.

Started as a gas station at Campus & Foothill Blvd, then moved over to Foothill Blvd between 3rd Pl and 2nd Ave, in the City of Upland. Had a Union 76 gas station and a repair shop. Started towing in 1955. No longer a repair shop or gas station only towing. Still family owned by two brothers.

Very poor and corrupt people working for them I just tried to get a tow right now with car. Although the tags are expired I have never had this issue before the car hasn’t been running for a while but they would not tow it for that reason. Right when the driver pulled after saying that immediately asked if I had a couple of dollars. I’ve had cars with expired tags towed before. Screw this place to me it immediately came off as a case of trying to extort money out of me. The whole reason I’m getting it towed is because I’m a service member in the Air Force and I deploy tomorrow. I don’t have time to fix this car due to my last minute deployment!

Got a flat tire on my motorcycle at 9pm on Highway 10, Martinez towing treated me with such degree of professionalism, Jacob, the driver is as professional as they come. He was efficient, careful and patient throughout the whole process.

While here on a business trip, my wife and I decided to take a drive up to Mt Baldy and go for a run on the trails. We were in our rental and noticed that the temp light came on so we stopped to add coolant at the suggestion of our rental car. Once done, we continued on up the mountain only to have the same happen. We pulled over and stopped our car and called the service which sent out a tow. In about 45 minutes, Martinez Towing, truck 4 rolled around the corner and quickly loaded the car and us and off to the rental agency we went. Paul, the operator of the truck was nothing short of professional and polite as he drove us down explaining what the process will be and ensuring we were taken care of.
Thank you, Paul, for such an enjoyable experience.

Flat tire on the 210. Grandma and two grandkids in the car…
Called AAA, they sent Martinez towing service. They were there within 25 minute. Then as he was starting to change the tire we discovered that my spare was missing.
The driver handled it all in stride, the cab wasn’t big enough for all of us, but he got us safely off the freeway, and helped us try to find a place to fix the tire, ended up towing me back to the dealership in Orange County. He made sure my wire and the grandkids would be safe, and would have a ride, before transporting me and the car.
Exceptional service, above and beyond! I only with I could remember his name so I could thank him personally.

Best Towing Ever! We called they told us 30 minutes Paul was there in 10 minutes. We had run to get food because once we got home with we couldn’t leave. Paul, called me to let me know he arrived, when I got back to cal it was loaded and ready to go. AWEsome service!

So today my 2012 Ford Mustang GT decided to act up, so I called Triple A for my roadside assistance. They told informed me that Martinez Towing would come within 30 mins. And guess what? They showed up in 20 minutes! Adrian was very careful about putting my precious car onto the flatbed and gave me a lift to the nearest Ford dealership to get it inspected.
I just wanted to say thanks to Adrian and the Martinez towing family for having great service, it means a lot to someone who’s day started off on a bad foot.

I think Martinez towing in Upland is awesome. I have used them several times unexpectedly and they’re always seem to be out there helping. Amazing! Edgar is the man!
Seriously, everyone there was so nice in my hour (or 3) of need. I am not from the area and was driving though when I needed to get a row off the freeway. Very scary with cars zooming by. Edgar was so nice and helpful and gave us so many options to help decide what to do as well as a cheaper and better recommendation for checking out the car than the AAA recommended place. He also gave us an idea of what was wrong with the car.
A little or, in this case, a lot of compassion and kindness made this whole experience way more bearable. These are the guys you want towing your car when you’re in trouble. A+
Edgar even came to the auto repair place the next morning to make sure I was sorted out. The best! Gus was also great on the phone when I spoke to him to coordinate everything in the morning.

Just got done with the services of Martinez Towing. Good customer service. I was assisted by Eddie, nice guy and got me where I needed to be to get my tire replaced. As far as price that’s a little touchy. A bit on the expensive side with the flat rate fee of $ 125 no matter how far you are and where you’re going. I was only about 9 – 10 miles away from their shop and only went another 3 – 4 miles to a tire shop. Not worth the money but great assistance.

Awesome experience with Rich from Martinez Towing as part of the AAA mobile battery testing and replacement unit.
Previous mechanic told me alternator needed to be replaced. Rich ran the diagnostic and explained the report to me. Alternator was fine, just needed a new battery. Saved me money and a trip to the auto body shop.
I would definitely recommend Martinez Towing (specifically Rich) to anyone who had similar issues.

My husband and I had some battery issues late last night, we called AAA and they sent over Martinez towing. Bryce actually told us what the problem was and referred us to an alternator repair shop.
Next day had the car towed to the repair shop by Robert from Martinez Towing and had another great experience with this company.
Car is fixed and all done within 24 hours. Awesome.

Had Bryce come down to my house when I had a dead battery and was very rude and disrespectful. Greeted him in the morning was ignored and told why I left my door open in a accusatory and condescending tone. Jump started my car and left with no further explanation a very terrible experience but unfortunately AAA in my region uses this company for battery help.

My battery died waiting for all the people in my car pool to show up to drive to work (doesn’t help when you listen to the radio and leave the lights on for 20 minutes). The Martinez Towing driver, Ramon, showed up promptly and evaluated my problem, which was a dead battery, he got my car started and evaluated my charging system which has no problems. Ramon asked if I wanted him to replace my battery. I said no and he put his instruments away and thanked me. What a relief not to have someone pressure you to buy something when you’re in a situation like that. My whole experience was handled very professionally by Martinez Towing.

Stuck on freeway with a blowout and Martinez got my call. Eddie was my driver and the guy was awesome. My car is low to the ground without a flat let alone a blowout. Eddie got me hooked up and on the flatbed with zero scraping. Trust me when I say my car was LOW (92 Camaro) and it didn’t scrape going up or coming down. He recommended a tire guy with killer prices and a transmission guy who I have yet to call. In any event, they were awesome. Fair price with fast and efficient service. Highly recommend them. Would call again buy how I don’t have to lol.
