Dynamic Towing

So they charged a $ 100 after hours fee. Guys, I took the first available appointment at 1015 am. How is that after hours? Like others have stated, this place is very sketchy. Employees confirmed there are guys at Verano that tip them off like John G found out.
Looks like they had to add the «after hours» fee to get to the $ 350 that they charge everyone. This is scandalous, I think this looks shady on Verano as well.
Old review… Just got towed from Verano. Will update later after speaking with the tow yard.
Hopefully we can work this out. Will be driving over there in a little bit.

This place is a joke and is pulling actions that are against the law. Hung up on me twice BEFORE even stating any legal action. Parked in front of a garage for less than 10 minutes and they tried to say I was in a fire lane for over a half hour. Thing is, my property has cameras. Dispatch Adam is very rude and this company is a big joke.

These people are thieves they will tow your car illegally, best thing to do is to pay the company in pennies and legally they have to accept it because, it is legal tender.

My car was towed today. Why they felt like it was o. k to go thru my car I do not know. Invasion of property. These fools are shady!

Getting your car towed is no fun! However, the rating is based on the fact that the guys there are courteous and fast.

I contacted this company to take care of illegal parking going on in my apartment complex. The man on the phone said he would send a truck over. Yeah, he never showed up. I Guess he isn’t interested in making money. do not recommend at all, very UNPROFESSIONAL.

Dynamic Towing stole my car from my own reserved parking spot. Another resident in my apartment complex was able to call and successfully have my car removed from my reserved spot because she thought it was her space. Upon picking it up, the men were very nice and explained that they must see a printed lease with that spot number written down on the lease before they will tow the car.
However, my lease office informed me that the other resident actually did not have a current lease with that spot written on it. When I called to inform Dynamic Towing of the mistake, the man proceeded to down talk to me and tell me I was using a fake parking pass to be in that spot, which is ridiculous.
In short, my apartment manager says they broke protocol for removing my car. The way I see it, Dynamic Towing stole my property and I have had to contact the San Bernardino Sheriff’s office to report the theft.

Worst experience ever. The supervisor never returns my call after damaging my vehicle. Only gave one star because it asked for one to post, if they had negative stars I would give them that!!!

Thief’s! No other word for this mickey mouse operation! If they ever PPI your car, read up on the vehicle code.

Last week my car got towed from my complex for «no parking permit» even though It was hanging from my mirror. He took It off and put it on the floor. I payed to release my car and took photos of the permit on the floor. They did the same thing to a few of my neighbors and it is unfair and illegal.

got my car towing by this company for no permit, thinking its end of the World, it sucks!
go see this company and talk to Brandon, man, its so polite and respectful! it cost me $ 250.00to get out, it is much less than i original thinking, it will be helpful if they can accept my check, but I pay VISA .
it isn’t a good experiance to deal with towing company,
but they make things easier.

I completely understand that there is a possibility of a vehicle being towed if indeed one is violating policy. Verano apartment does not have any signage that reminds its tenets parking for visitors is only in visitor parking. If you break this policy just one time the punishment is a 350 dollar fine that’s crazy! Either put up more signage or the towing company should not be able to charge such an absorbing it amount! I’m looking into the law to validate what they’re doing is actually lawful

My fiancé’s car got towed out of our apartment complex last week. It came down to the complex changing parking management companies and not putting out the proper notice. When the security guy was driving around, he called dynamic towing to tow it. After two freakin weeks of arguing with my property manager, they, along with the security company, tried to blame dynamic towing and threatened them to cancel their business if they didn’t refund my tow fee. When it came down to it, Dynamic Towing was the small company on the bottom of the totem pole but they manned up and hooked me up with a refund. They were classy about it and even though it wasn’t their fault they were more than easy to talk to. I feel bad I had to take their money and not my apartment complex’s money but it is what it is.

Horrible experience. Tow company’s r good for people that illegally park but when u have a permit and it’s displayed and they still take it. And the reason being was given is because it’s there word against ours. I asked to see pictures of my own car without the permit and see if they took a picture of where my car was and I was refused. The guy heavy set Caucasian guy all of sudden says when I showed up to the yard I needed a appointment but was never told that as I called up to 8x and he refused to talk to me and said if I didn’t play by his rules I was going to add more fees. I called then cops and since it’s a private tow. There is really nothing they can do. But I did record him with his permission and he was being even more rude. But I will take this to the courts. Because this guy was just being rude. I told him I understand if I didn’t have my permit but I did. I believe is Karma and him and that company will go out of business sooner then later guarantee.
