Established in 2004.

Established in 2004, Jeff Anderson and Torey Carrick have had a vision for changing the face of real estate. Through their award winning efforts, the Anderson Real Estate Group has achieved national recognition within both the Century 21 and Keller Williams brokerages.

Kevin S.

Manager

Kevin brings with him a wealth of corporate sales and team leadership abilities. Over the past twenty-​five years, he has led teams ranging from smaller innovative startups to renowned Fortune 100 companies. Kevin is known for helping others and delivering results in demanding, high urgency fields. He is very excited to work with people to achieve their major life goals of either financial success through Real Estate portfolio planning or the fulfillment of the American dream of home ownership.

When not working diligently towards meeting the satisfaction of his many clients, Kevin has a rich family life and Californian legacy.

Raised in Orange County from a young age, Kevin returned home after graduating from a rigorous MBA program at The Marshall School of the University of Southern California (USC), and has been a proud resident of the Floral Park neighborhood for over 25 years. He is capable, excited, and ready to help you meet all of your Real Estate goals.

I had the privilege of meeting Kevin Shuler at one of his open houses. As an affiliate in the industry, I come across many agents and am often asked by potential buyers and sellers for agent recommendations.
I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by Kevin. He is very tech savvy and is very well versed in leveraging the various platforms of social media for maximum property exposure. We spent quite some time discussing his marketing and it’s apparent he is very detail oriented in knowing and communicating everything about the property he is selling, including the neighborhood. He has a calm but confident demeanor and it’s obvious he does well with an array of clients regardless of how experienced they are in real estate transactions. Finding a home is never easy and always challenging but when your agent doesn’t take the time to clue in to what you are looking for or understand how other outside variables (loan qualifications, home sales, etc.) affect your decision process it can be very frustrating. I have been involved in several home searches in my life and so know a «professional» agent when I see one. Kevin Shuler at Anderson is the real deal! It really helps that Kevin is the expert in the Floral Park Santa Ana area we had been looking for. He knows every square inch of this neighborhood, has good relationships with the other brokers working the area, and had taken the time to fully understand what it was we were looking for. This is the ‘professionalism’ other reviews here mention– but what that translated to for us was an easier time working through what is usually a difficult process without the waste of time viewing inappropriate properties that didn’t meet our needs. But I think what I was most impressed by with Kevin, is his concern for us– to make the selling process easy and stress-​free. You will NOT find a better realtor!!! We’ve relocated several times over the decades and have bought and sold 9 times — the past two times we had the pleasure of being able to work with Anderson Group! Knowledgeable, professional, up-​to-​date on latest laws, tech-​savvy, personable, patient, great eye for what you’re looking for; excellent at listening and acting upon your ideas and needs for buying or selling. We bought through them and it was such a perfect experience — that we knew that when we moved again — we’d use them. And we did. And they got our house sold within 10 days — no open house even! Marketing, pricing savvy and the ability to get buyers excited and to stay with the deal. We had multiple offers (not uncommon with these guys!) and a nearly flawless offer and counter-​offer experience. They have a wonderful team working with them (photographers, writers, other staff) Highly recommend. If we move back to this area, they will be our realtors for our next buy here.

Kevin is one of the most professional and kind Real Estate Agent’s I’ve ever come across. Buying a new home is stressful– but Kevin’s natural professionalism, and uncommon quick email/​text response time to questions/​comments/​concerns always exceeded my expectations. More often than not I’d get a reply back within minutes rather than hours. He also truly «listens» to you and all parties involved and helps you reflect and calmly face the choices before you. Kevin was easy to work with from the beginning. He made the terminology so simple we felt confident in trusting him. He took the time to listen to my husband and I individually and kept in contact with both of us, informing us of any changes and updates. He was very thorough in his communications and always available. I was full of questions and he never put me on hold. I could text him past working hours and get a reply with no problems.
