Ted & Bros Plumbing

This company is doing plumbing job for me for 5 years, And my experience with them always have been excelent they are very professional. Even when I rented my house and I was out of country I would call them and they would do the job and coordinate time and everthing with my tenant and they also were happy with them. This year I wanted to repip and Ted was very underestanding for our financial setuation. in three days he finished the job and an excellent work and very clean every step of the way. I have met all of them since I know them for 5 years, they are all professionals. I highly recommend them. My experience with them has been awesome.

This company was great. They responded in a timely manner to the message I left. Rachel was knowledgeable and helpful. She sent Fabian out the next morning. He was able to repair my garbage disposal leak, but not the water softener. But, he did call the water softener company for me and get me some information. He was absolutely helpful, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs

Ted and Bros plumbed my entire house in 2015… My house was built in 1961 and had massive plumbing issues… We were doing an entire re-​build, too… Ted stayed within our budget, provided excellent customer service, and did an outstanding job. He was our favorite on this huge renovation!
It wasn’t in our budget to install a whole house water softening system during our renovation and we would have to wait six months… In January of this year we had Ted and Bros back and they had the dubious task installing the water softening system which included a new water line to the unit. Ted actually took out part of our landscape removed the sprinkler lines and then put it all back… You would never know our yard was disturbed and I’m beyond thrilled with the system…
I can’t say enough nice things about Ted and Bros and I can’t imagine working with anyone else after the fantastic customer service they provide.

This Unilocal review is long overdue. I have owned 6 homes in my lifetime, so I’ve gotten to know quite a few plumbers. By far, Rachel from Ted & Bros. Plumbing is the best in the business. It is so nice to know that I can depend on Rachel when (not if) something goes wrong with my plumbing. I purchased an older home a few years ago. They rescued me when my 2^nd floor bathroom sprung a leak into the 1^st floor, and they helped me out tremendously with their lightening quick response and working with my insurance. Then when my shower and bath would not work, I called Rachel, and she was quick to respond. Most recently my water heater just stopped working. Rachel was quick to respond as usual, always answers her phone and/​or text messages, was honest when I was desperate to take a hot shower, and we went through some procedures to see if we could get the water heater to work in its own. My friends and coworkers were amazed that she wasn’t just out to make a buck, she truly wanted to help, and I have to give her extra kudos for that. She went the extra mile to help her customer, good old fashioned, first class customer service, and that means so much to me these days. The water heater works great, my shower works great, no more leaks in the house and I can’t thank Rachel and her brothers enough. This company is Highly Recommended.

I made an appointment with Ted & Bros Plumbing after speaking with the office and receiving a quote. The next morning Fabian Lopez arrived to start the work. on my plumbing issue. When he inspected the vent pipes the problem was much larger than they had thought. He stated he would have to talk to the office and let the office re-​quote the job. It came back at 3 times the price, but I had to fix the problem. It was going to be a 2 to 3 day job. Fabian started immediately on the job. I was very impressed by his work ethic and attention to detail. There was a possibility that he would also have to demo the floor in an adjacent bathroom to get access to the pipe to remove it. I asked him to try an access it without disturbing the other bathroom (I didn’t want to have to repair 2 bathroom tile floors). He worked tirelessly chipping away at the foundation to gain access to the pipes spending hours chipping away at the concrete. I am certain that other plumbers would have given up after a few hours and said they had to demo the other bathroom floor. He took no breaks on the second day because he didn’t want to leave us without the main sewer line (no sinks, no showers, no toilets, nada). His wife ended up bringing him lunch at 8PM. Fabian didn’t leave us without facilities. He finished the re-​plumbing and confirmed that it was leak free at 11:30PM! I can’t say enough about Fabian. Was I thrilled to have the original phone estimate tripled? Certainly not! Even so I had a sense of satisfaction, feeling that I got my money’s worth watching Fabian work.

We were referred to TED and Bros by my neighbor. Imagine my surprise when I opened my door and saw a female. She said, «I know!» I replied that I was thrilled. Rachel has been and will remain our ONLY plumber, and her brothers. Pretty sure it has now been three to four years. Rachel has handled ALL plumbing issues for our rentals and our own residence. No job is too small or too big, they handle it all! Rachel goes above and beyond for sure. She explains the problems or explains what needs to be accomplished to find the problem and how long it will take. Rachel, and her brothers, are always on time. There have been times when other customers have bigger issues than mine and I always get a call and I am asked if I wouldn’t mind them coming later or rescheduling. I appreciate that they are honest and prioritize for their customers. I always refer this company. I also say proudly, «and my plumber is a female!» Having a busy life, like most, I let them know how to enter my properties. The job is completed and all cleaner than when they arrived. This is a wonderful company that knows their stuff. Trust me, call the company and you will not be disappointed.

Messaged though Unilocal and then made an appointment by phone. It took three phone numbers to get someone (one of the plumbers I think) but when I did he offered to let front office know i would like a callback and then I was also able to get someone on the phone when I tried again.
So we made an appointment window between Noon and 3 p.m. The plumber called at 3:15 and said he was leaving Santa Ana and would be there as soon as traffic permitted. The plumber, ‘Fabian’ arrived introduced himself took a look at the problem. The home built in the 50’s shower /​tub faucet was no longer adjusting the temperature. So we agreed he would come back in the morning at 9 a.m. to open the handle and take the part to try to match it. Then he will then come back later in the day to make the repair. The part is original and working on older plumbing is always tricky. He seems like a nice enough person. Fabian gave a rough estimate of best and worst case scenario as this is an older home. I’ll update as things progress.
Follow up:
Okay Fabian showed 15 minutes early this morning with a part to see if he could just finish at the time. It didn’t fit. He ran to a couple supply stores for the part but ended up having to go to a specially plumbing parts store, «Niagara» that carries parts for older plumbing. A girl named Rachel gave updates by phone and came by during the process to inform my mom what was going on.
Got the job done including running around to get the correct parts all in all about 3 hours. Including replacing the control and a handle. A couple hundred dollars as quoted I think a reasonable price. Thanks for a job well done.

Ted & Bros. Plumbing has done work at my house in & out for the last two years. They successfully repaired a slab leak & most recently did an excellent job installing a Envirro water filtration system for the whole house. They helped from the start of presenting the pros & cons of many systems & were instrumental in helping me decide that the Enviro filtration system was best for our household.

Ted & Bros. is awesome! After they did an excellent job of repairing a slab leak at my parents I had them work on a few items at my house. My parents & I continue to use them as our first choice plumbers. They are excellent at what they do! They are honest & I always feel confident in believing them when they diagnose a plumbing problem (probably because they have also let me know when there is not a problem). They are super nice and I always look forward to seeing them (even though if that means I am having a plumbing issue). ;)

First experience wasn’t the best, the original rep (I think he was new) didn’t accurately detect the leak. Luckily after explaining the situation to the owner, he came out and found the leak, fixed it and did a professional job. He was very apologetic about the first visit– aimed to give us outstanding service, & did just that. Gave me a fare priced estimate for some additional jobs to be done. Had a major water leak in my upstairs bathroom. I called Ted & Bros Plumbing who sent someone out within a hour. The problem was was diagnosed and the solution was made very claer. Most honest plumbers I’ve ever meet. If you’re looking for a cheap plumber, whose work you’ll have to re-​do in a few months, look elsewhere. But if you want someone affordable and reliable, and that guaranty their work these are your guys. Ask for Fabian. He puts his job above personal errands and will be ready to help you asap. They get the job done right the first time and in time! Try them out for yourselves. You’ll be glad you did.

Our garbage disposal was clogged, so I called and Theo was fast, efficient and reliable! We have used them a couple times before and they are consistently great! Their whole team is professional and fixes the issues right the first time. We will definitely be calling them for any other plumbing issues inside or outside of the house.

A big thanks to Ted and Bros! They came out and did a bang-​up job repairing a leak in our old galvanized plumbing. They had to open an exterior stucco wall to get to the piping and then set us up with a stucco guy to repair it the next day. The were timely, professional and above all affordable (i got 6 different bids for comparison). Will be using this team for all our plumbing needs!

I want to thank Rachel and the crew of Ted & Bros Plumbing for coming to our rescue! Our shower drain started to overflow. We thought it was just hair clogging our drain; it turns out the roots of one of the two small bushes in our front yard not only broke through our sewer drain and spread throughout the pipe. It was so intense, their plumbing snake got stuck in the broken pipe.
This ended up being a two-​day job; they worked until about 10:30pm on Monday and they were back at 8am on Tuesday. Not only did they fix our sewer pipe quickly, but they also removed the bush from our yard. They worked so hard in this heat and humidity; Rachel was also there late at night and throughout the day on Tuesday giving us updates and bringing the guys food. She made this traumatizing experience bearable. Thank you everyone. we just referred you to our next door neighbors.

As a home owner we all know that eventually we’ll have plumbing issues. It’s also a fact that we all will have at least one bad experience with a plumbing company. Every home owner will agree that it is imperative to find a trusted plumber who is friendly, professional but most importantly honest. My first experience using Ted & Bros Plumbing was excellent. It’s pretty obvious that Ted and Fabian are master plumbers. We had a broken pipe coming from water meter on the sidewalk. They explained the options I had to fix the problem and what they suggested. My wife and I are extremely happy with the work they performed and we look forward to working with Ted and Fabian again. Definitely recommend Ted & Bros Plumbing to anyone.
