Sevym PM has been managing my property for the last 2 years. As I had been living out of the country for a while, it was great having the peace of mind knowing that my property and tenant were well taken care of.
They have a handyman so they do a very good job taking care of maintenance issues. They take care of small issues on their own and communicate/​resolve any major issues in a timely and professional manner. They provide monthly and yearly statements which are great around tax time. I am very happy with my experience with Sevyn PM and I hope to work with them for years to come.

Doesn’t get better than these guys honestly. Sevyn Property Management helps people constantly, and their service in unmatchable. As with many businesses, it’s not just the good work you are getting, but it’s also the great service and the smiling faces.

After a long-​time tenant passed away, I engaged Sevyn Property Management to manage a rental property in Riverside, California. My experience with them for the two years of our engagement has been excellent. They helped me get the property ready for a new tenant. They were able to find a tenant in a timely manner and at a substantial increase in rent than what I was receiving from the previous tenant. They were able to soothe the nerves of the new tenants after they walked in on a squatter.
They provide timely monthly operating reports and the repairs that have been performed have been done at reasonable prices. I would recommend Sveyn Property Management to any real estate investor, especially small investors who do not have the time to handle the day to day issues of being a landlord.

Sevyn Property Management is truly a God send! Ty, Melinda and Tamika are excellent! We were new to the leasing process and the problems of leasing after experiencing the worst tenant in the Inland Empire. Our property required extensive repairs, TY reviewed all repairs, costs and negotiated repair costs down if they were priced high. Ty, Melinda and Tamika were very responsive, walked us through every process, gave us excellent advise from the beginning through end and found a tenant that was a perfect fit for our property. Do not waste your time looking around, comparing prices and pondering what property management firm you should hire — Sevyn is the one!

I have been working with Sevyn Property Management for almost a year and half. This was the first time I worked with the property management. When I met Tye and Melina initially, I was skeptical. But they have delivered what they promised. They take very good care of the property as well as the tenants. Now I am working with Tamika most of the time and she is taking care of business with great professionalism. I am so glad that I ran into them and grateful for their professionalism.

You do not know what your Property Manager is really worth until you have a problem, that is when you know what you are really paying for. Needless to say with my rating I can tell you the folks at Sevyn are worth more than you can imagine! If you are looking for someone who actually takes you and your property into consideration than you do not have to look any further. I did a lot of searching and was amazed at how much money some firms are asking for without knowing what you will get in return. I can now tell you that you will get more than your monies worth by dealing with these folks. Ty and Melina take things to heart and treat your property like it was their own. They care about you and will always look out for your best interest!

Wanted to apply for a property in rancho cucamonga, we have not rented in years so the process is a bit scary. Spoke to Joana every time I called she is so sweet and patient with all my hundreds of questions she made me feel very comfortable about this new journey. I look forward to being a renter and a part of this company.

Now for all the details if you choose to continue reading if my opening line wasn’t good enough for you. Let me start by saying I don’t typically post reviews (so I’m going big on this one)…I’d much rather tell someone in person if they did a great job or terrible job, anything in the middle is irrelevant. My previous «property manager» (I say that very loosely) was terrible, no sense of urgency to get things fixed, disconnected her phone so people couldn’t get in touch with her and didn’t do what she promised. I quickly realized that I was paying her to let me make all the arrangements to get things handled at the house. Yep, that’s right… great customer service (yes, I’m being sarcastic). Enough about how bad she was…
When I met with Ty I told him everything I expected in a management company and I was upfront and honest in saying that my main reason for having a management company is in the event I ever needed to evict someone I wouldn’t have to go through it alone. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a management company to be accessible, reliable and work with urgency to get things done if something happens and needs to be addressed. During my meeting with Ty I felt real comfortable and had an overall good vibe, I’m in sales for a living also so it’s pretty easy for me to see through any BS. Ty didn’t BS me, hell… I thought we were going to go grab beers after. When I got my last statement I noticed I had a deduction for some work that was done on the house to fix a light switch, at first I was questioning why I wasn’t notified and why work was being done that I didn’t know about before it was fixed but then I remembered back to the conversation that Ty and I had and he told me «I’m a service to you, if you are making all the arrangements to get stuff done then what good am I?» He was absolutely correct, it was so refreshing to know that they will get stuff done when it needs to be and not neglect my property. Fortunately/​unfortunately however you choose to look at it, the tenants I have in the house now I know them because of everything that happened in the past with the previous management company and I asked them how the service was and they said it was great! They notified Divine and the problem was fixed within 24 hours.
At the end of the day it’s my house, I’ll admit that it’s hard for me to loosen the leash and trust that other people will make decisions on my behalf for what’s right or what needs to be done at the time, I’m sure I’m not the easiest property owner to deal with but Ty and Melina have earned my trust and I’m confident that I will continue to receive exceptional service from them.
If you read all of that I’ll just repeat what I said earlier… go with Divine, you won’t be disappointed.

After reading the awesome review, tried to contact them to contract them for my rental property. Left multiple messages since more than two weeks ago but no one returns calls. Might not be as professional.

I rented a home through Tye and Melina at Divine Property, and from the beginning, they were great to work with. They were extremely helpful throughout the process and duration of out time in our home. I have rented property all over the country and have a rental property myself in a different state that is rented out through a management company, and Divine Property is the best I have ever worked with. If you need a house in the Rancho Cucamonga area, use Divine Property Management. I highly recommend them!

Tye is exceptional to work with. He found several great candidates for my condo in a few days. A very hard worker and committed to getting the best tenant in your place. Have recommended him highly to my friends and family.

We have been using DPM for our property management for a little bit more than a year now. As first time renter, we didn’t know what to expect, but Divine saved us a lot of time and trouble. Tiyodi is very friendly and helpful. He always replies my emails promptly. The repair expenses are fairly priced. DPM always manages to find us a qualified, trouble-​free new tenant before the old tenant moves out, leaving no gap between tenants; that alone saved us a lot of money. We truly saved a lot of time and headache on our rental property, money well spent!

Heres what I like about Divine Property Management. I called several companies shopping around for management services and when I spoke to Tye on the phone he had me sold. He was so personable that I felt like I knew him and I just felt like I could trust him with my property. He was up front about pricing and hes flexible which is important to me because I dont really need all the services that other management companies charge for. I’ve only been with Divine PM for a few months now but I’m very happy.

First let me say I normally DO NOT rate companies with high reviews because I am from the old belief that you have to earn my high marks. Divine Property has earned it. I am a property owner that resides outside of California so Divine Property have to be my eyes and ears. They go to my property whenever I ask and they are always on time with getting my rent to me. But more so than that they are understandable and compassionate. I truly believe they were a GOD sent.
Last year I had some tenants that were met with some unforeseen issues and had to leave the property. Tyi and his team were able to transition them out, get the property rentable and get new tenants in, in time for me to pay my mortgage. They advertised my property so quickly that I got very qualified, quality tenants in asap.
I can’t say enough about how blessed I am to have them on my team. Right now they are working with helping me get new carpeting into the house for my tenants. Oh and they were able to get me much more in rents receipts that I could have on my own.
If you ever want an EXCELLENT property management company who will work for YOU and not just try and get your money, I strongly recommend giving Tyi and his team a chance. You won’t be disappointed!
