First time leaving a review on Unilocal or elsewhere. Just felt like it needed to be done. Eric Adrian was my selling agent. I was selling due to being laid off. So this was a very emotional time. I was selling due to amounting debt. I never felt pushed/​hurried into anything. My family and I were treated with the utmost respect. Always listened to my concerns & wishes. He was on time helpful on minor projects. He worked hard with an educated estimate. On a selling price to meet my time frame. His knowledge
