I have never written a Unilocal review but thought this type of service merited something special. No wait for a speedy smog check. Great customer service from Arbi. The moment my husband and I drove up and parked we were welcomed and helped from Arbi. He took our paperwork and started processing right away. While assisting us, he addressed the other customers in a friendly manner and ensured he would be right with them. Our whole process took less then an hour which was perfect since we were on lunch. The prompt service will for sure have me back as a customer and I will be letting family and friends know this is the place to come.

Called ahead. There was no wait. Zipped over used the Unilocal coupon and was in and out within 20 min. They have a nice waiting room but we didn’t even bother. Just chatted with the friendly guy about his car and left very happy with the fast and professional service.

Moved from out of state and unknowingly needed a smog test within 24 hours to complete my registration. I called in the morning to see if I could make an appointment and the gentleman told me to come in anytime. I went during lunchtime and he had me in and out in about 25 minutes, including the time it took to fill out the paperwork and pay. He was extremely kind and a pleasure to talk to. He also gave me a first time customer discount, I think it was $ 14.95 off of the service. The total cost for the smog test and certificate was roughly $ 55. Definitely recommend this place!

Amazing service! I’ve gotten my smog tests at a bunch of locations in the past, but none can match up to the excellent treatment and all star service I received at TO Smog. Such a great experience. They were incredibly fast. I was in and out in no time. Arbi was very pleasant to speak to and he made me feel right at home. I strongly recommend it when you need a smog check!

Wonderful find! Called in a day ahead, and when I got there he was ready to check my smog. The owner is a wonderful guy, with great customer service. Took about 15 minutes and I was on my way. You can tell the owner loves what he does, and is interested in how his customers are doing. Wonderful place, and the best smog test facility in Ventura County!

Arbi was terrific! At 2:15pm I found myself on Unilocal looking for a place to do an over due smog check for my Jeep. Arbi’s reviews caught my attention. I called him knowing the he was closing at 3:00pm. Maybe he could see me tomorrrow, im thinking to myself. He said «I’ll wait for you, come on over now» I got there at 2:45pm. Normally I would not head over to a business just before closing. But i was invited! The smog check was completed in about twenty minutes. As a small business owner I know how important customer service is, and so does Arbi. Thanks for staying late, I appreciate it!
