Above All Glass

Great shop, Keith is extremely nice and helpful. I had my windshield replaced 2 – 3 years ago, and after about a year, my rear view mirror seemed loose/​shaky. I finally called them this week and Keith asked me if I drive a Ford, which I do. Apparently it’s a known problem, and a quick fix (Ford’s fault, not Above All’s). So he told me to stop in anytime, which I just did. He helped me right away, fixed it, and sent me on my way, no charge, no questions. I would definitely go back if I ever need to!

I got two quotes and Above All Glass was 75% lower. The quality of the service far exceeded my expectations and I have no hesitation in giving the highest possible recommendation.

Took my truck in to have a new windshield installed. This has been the first time ever for me that I go somewhere to get something done on my truck and felt the kindness and the eagerness to help from the owner and his son. This is my first time getting a windshield replaced and am very thankful for the great job that they did and even vacuumed the inside of my truck of the glass that was all over the cab. I will definitely recommend them if anyone needs a new windshield replacement.

These guys did a great job replacing my windshield in my Passat. The glass, fit and finish look like they did when I drove it home from the dealership in 2003 with 3 miles on the odometer. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. My car has a rain sensor built into the rear view mirror which is easy to screw up with a new windshield, so you really need to know what you are doing. I’ve read about numerous botched jobs online where the rain sensors didn’t work after fitting a new windshield, but Above All Glass did a flawless job — everything looks and works as it should, and I am VERY picky. I also chose to go with German made glass which was more expensive than other options, but still quite reasonable. Highly recommend Above All Glass!

I called and set up an appointment for Windshield Replacement. During the install (Lee and Justin) ripped one of the plastic pieces of molding that holds the windshield hinge in it. Not only did they not tell me that they ripped part of my car molding in half (my husband found it when I came from work), when I called to ask about it I was told I would be called right back that they have a few sitting around and they could replace it. I never received a call back on either of the two phone calls I made. I don’t know about you but given what transpired and the fact that they don’t stand by their installations and call their customers back at all when they damage someone’s car, I will never use this company again and will make sure if any one asks about windshield replacement to avoid this company.

I stopped in to Above All after looking at a few places on a Google search. their price was comparable and they were able to fit me in the next day. The work was fast and the service was great, they even gave me a ride to work while they worked on my Jeep. They got the work done within two hours. Great experience.

Mike came over a day after calling him for an appointment, he was on time, thorough and professional. My next-​door neighbor saw Mike’s truck on my driveway and inquired about a repair to his vehicle for a chipped windshield. Mike was able to take care of him at the same time. The new windshield looks great! Thanks Mike!

I was real happy with these guys. Quoted me a fair price to repair a broken window on my wife’s Toyota 4Runner, and that’s what I paid. My son needed the power window motor replaced for his truck, price quoted/​paid was much less then our auto mechanic and the job was done well. Work was completed on time and without any hustle or hard sell. I highly recommend this business for any of your auto glass repair needs. Clean waiting room too.

A rock cracked my windshield the other day so I looked up shopped near me that could repair it and I came across Above All randomly. I’m glad I did because this place is amazing. Eric and the rest of the team there are obviously passionate about what they do and that comes across in the great service they provide. They were quick, very friendly and genuine, and gave me a great deal on my repair. Definitely go to these guys for your auto glass needs, I know I will be in the future.

Best shop in the area. Easy to deal with and flexible. They were cheaper than Safelite and other shops I’d called around to. It’s a bummer to get your windshield replaced but if/​when you have to these guys are good. I especially appreciated their flexibility to get me in early.

Service was fast and they came to my work, so it was super easy, but the first couple days of driving, I noticed that the glass would make me dizzy. I thought it was just getting a new, clean windshield so I had to get used to it, but it’s been months now and i realized that the glass has ripples in it. I think I got used to it, but my husband always gets car sick when he’s in the passenger side!
I hate to give them one star because they are really nice and service was great, but the product they sold also matters and this one is just horrible. I don’t have passengers in my car often, so I didn’t really realize it was a problem until I saw a pattern of people feeling sick next to me :\ If you’re planning to replace your windshield, be sure to check it for ripples so people don’t throw up in your car lol.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The job they eventually did seems fine, but they have no regard for a customer’s time or appointments. They were scheduled to come on Tuesday between 1 and 4 pm to replace a broken front windshield. My wife cancelled appointments and rescheduled her day to be available. They never showed up and finally called at 5:30 to say their guy fell behind and could they come Wed. or Thursday, no apology. They came Wednesday with the wrong windshield, apologized and said they would be out first thing on Thursday. I came home at noon on Thursday to find that they hadn’t yet arrived. I called the shop and the response was’ «that’s the way it gets around here». They finally showed up at 12:30 and did a nice job in about an hour. I don’t think I would use this shop again for mobile service.

First of all they never answer their phone and if you leave a message they never return your call. after talking to KEITH the owner, he told me that they were extremely busy. (if they’re that busy they need to hire more people) after several attempts of trying to buy a windshield for my classic car, I moved on to a much better place. I would not recommend this place at all… they might do good work but their customer service is very bad. Read some of the reviews other people say the same.

MINI Countryman windshield replaced with Pilkington glass. Took about 45 minutes total. Price was one-​third what the dealership quoted me!
Five stars all the way. These guys are pros!

L-​O-​V-​E this place. They are efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. I took my car to the actual shop and was greeted immediately and my they began to work on my car. They had my windshield replaced in under an hour and were friendly the entire time. I hope I don’t have another crack but if I do this is where I will be taking it! Thanks Above All Glass!

Above All Glass was able to replace the windshield in my 2015 Genesis quickly and professionally. Keith treated me kindly and even gave me a ride to the car rental shop in the morning, without being asked.
A broken windshield is never fun, but these guys will make it right!

The service and price is excellent, Called on a last min to fix another can and it was handled in a very professional manner. ON TIME is the biggest bug for me.
And they were early! and fast.

This place is great, took care of my vehicles and explained why they were leaking. my cheapskate butt took the vehicles to Oxnard to save a few dollars. when it rained it leaked right into my trucks
i finally had it and found Above All
the hack job that was done was skimming on the sealing. the guy was sooo short, he couldnt reach the top center to add sealant.
i will go no where else.
this place is great. and best of all, they get it done right the FIRST time. explain the do’s and don’ts. when my passenger door window shattered, they vacuumed the inside of the door. on another truck, it was not done so you could hear the «loose change» every time the door was moved or hit a bump.
Above All did a great job… JUST ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Just keep trying, they do pick up.

I called and made an appointment for 5pm, and they started my windshield replacement right on time. My windshield was replaced by an employee named Erik — he did an awesome job, was super nice, and answered any question I had. The job was complete in less than 45 minutes and waiting in the lobby was very comfortable and relaxing. The entire staff was very friendly — you can tell they truly care about their customers.
I will certainly be coming back to this place again and would recommend it to anyone.
