First for sales; I just purchased a new bike from T.O. Powersports. My sales associate was Jordan G and he worked hard for me and made the process enjoyable! He is very personable and professional and I will buy another bike from him when the time comes to do so! Buying new vehicles can be a fun but stressful time and Jordan was able to finalize the deal for me and made it ‘stress free’…Thank you and good job Jordan!
Now for the Service Dept; I live in Ojai and could easily take my expensive, high performance motorcycle bike to Ventura for service but I refuse to go anywhere else but T.O. Powersports. The guys in the shop (Charles, Tony, Brady and the others) are all great guys, very friendly and professional! I trust them with my bike and I know I’m getting the best possible service when dealing with them. I will continue taking my bike to them for all my service needs! T.O. Powersports sales (Jordan G.) and service (Charles, Tony, Brady and the others) are great to work with… I highly recommend!

My review is based on a recent service department experience. I took my Triumph Speed Triple R in for service and some modifications.
Tony Wilson the service technician was thorough in his explanation of product features/​benefits, performance, options and cost. When I picked up the bike he ran me through all of the work done on the bike with full explanations to each component of the service. ¹⁰⁄₁₀.
Great experience all round and will continue to take my machine in for service at TO Power Sports.

Bought my 2015 moto guzzi california here — got a good deal — great interest rate and no deception — they are generally nice guys and selection is pretty good!

Bought my first new motorcycle at their Moto Guzzi showroom. Jordan was great, as were all the other people I talked to. They let me test ride a bike, were patient with my questions, helped me pick out a new helmet, etc… I ended up having to finance part of it and I was not too happy with the interest rate, otherwise I would give it 5 stars. They have some really nice bikes here though.

This place ROCKS! After, being disgusted and wasting time With Simi Valley Cycles. They wasted 2 days on BS. The bike they advertised had one price and then, BAM! The outlandish, fees and last minute mark up. I then, decided to go to Thousand Oaks Powersports where I met Rand «The Man,» during a weekend event held there. He promised me that when I’m ready he’ll make sure that I will leave happy. Rand and Danny the sales rep. made sure that there promise would be kept. They gave me a great deal on my trade, used a voucher that was advertised and I’m very happy with my new 2015 machine. These guys are great and they HIRE MILITARY VETERANS, too! That’s always a huge plus for me. «GO, NAVY BEAT ARMY!»
To all potential motorcycle buyers, go to THOUSAND OAKS POWERSPORTS, 1ST!!!
DO NOT GO SIMI VALLEY CYCLES! They will waste your time and piss you off.

I take my CR250 to get worked on here and the guys in the service shop are the best. Charles and Rex are awesome. Really nice guys and always do great work and get it done in a timely matter. I’m not the most knowledgable when it comes to the mechanics of my bike. They walk me through the work they’ve done and I always leave with a better understanding of my bike. I’ve called them on a couple occasions with problems while out riding in the desert and they walk me through it the best they can. They also have a great inventory of riding gear and parts in the showroom. Can’t say enough good things about these guys, I highly recommend TOPS to any and all motorcycle enthusiasts!

Bought my 2016 KTM 500 EXC from Danny and could not be happier. Called around and he made the purchase seamless and smooth. Price was very fair and not pushy at all. On top of that the service department setup the bike exactly right. Rex in Service is amazing, he communicated throughout the build and catered everything to my size and riding style. Excellent parts department, they supplied Rex with the goods to get the bike ready to go. I have a KTM dealership 2 min from my house but opted to drive over and hour to Thousand Oaks Powersports. Mary is the best, working all the details to make me happy. All the staff is nice. Huge selection of parts at great prices.
The repair shop is quick and knowledgeable, feel real confident taking my bike there.
I wouldn’t hesitate buying another motorcycle from them. Check out their quaterly yard sale. Unbelievable deals !!

Financed a 2016 ktm 350sx-​f a couple weeks ago. I dealt with Bobby, David, and Mary and they all were professional and gave me space to make my decision. Sales were not pushy which is a big plus. They took good care of me and my friends that have bought bikes there say the same. I like that they carry lots of gear/​merch and if they don’t have it in stock it can usually be overnighted.

Bought a Yamaha here in July 2015, to this day I have not received my second factory key for my bike. I have called multiple times each month and I always get the same story. That they will order my key for me. Looking to get a new bike this year and at least I can cross one dealer of my list. If you’re looking for a dealer customer relationship after the purchase this isn’t the place for you. Once the transaction is over they don’t care about you, go to any other dealer for better service. You’ve been warned… It’s what they do after the purchase that really counts.

I recently purchased a Moto Guzzi V7 from Jordan, and this was the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle. I had used the Costco pre-​negotiated price program, so negotiation was has hassle free, and everyone was happy with the sale price.
A couple days after purchasing the motorcycle (but before it was delivered), Jordan learned that the bike actually had been ridden by the shop owner before it was sold to me, so it had more miles on in than anticipated. Rather than brushing this fact under the rug, Jordan gave me a call, presented some options, and I was able to swap out the mildly used bike for brand new one without additional hassle. A few days, later, the brand new bike was delivered to my house in LA free of charge.
In addition to working with Jordan, I also worked with Alex, Eddie and Brian. Alex, the store manager, made the financing portion of my visit easy. Eddie helped me find the right gear and gave me a wonderful discount. And Brian delivered the bike exactly when expected. Everyone at the shop I worked with was great, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my future needs.

I’d like to give Rick Pastor a big thumbs up at TO Powersports. I have been looking for a repacking kit for an old Akropovic exhaust and had no luck. I even called Akropovic several times but they were no help at all. However, through Rick’s tireless efforts he found the exact part I needed. Thank you Rick! You get 5 stars from me.

I wished I didn’t have cause to write this review, because that means when my friends and I were out cruising the Malibu canyons my buddy wouldn’t have laid down his bike. Fortunately, we were ¼ mile from The Rock Store. Bike was stuck in 3^rd gear, my buddy was in no condition to ride it, even a short distance. I headed over to the Rock Store and glanced around and saw a guy that seemed cool. I asked him, «hey, can you help? I have a buddy who crashed and we need someone to ride his bike here, it’s stuck in 3^rd. Its just around the last corner.» This guy, without hesitating said «sure, let’s go» grabbed his kit and away we went. We got my buddy and his bike back to the spot, and my buddy asked him if he knew of a tow truck or something. The guy then mentioned that he worked out Thousand Oaks Powersports and would be happy to help him and get the shop truck and tow it to his shop. After my buddy and this guy got to the shop with his bike, I came and picked up my buddy and profusely thanked the guy, forced him take a CBTL gift card (that’s all I had!) and some cash to buy some lunch (he kept refusing!). All in all, it made what was a less then stellar morning turn out as best as possible.
Oh ya, and that guy… his name is Jordon and his willingness to help out was not something that comes along all the time. It helped us out in a big way. Thank you!

Wanted to check out a new aprilia rsv4 and Jordan showed me their new building for Italian bikes. Prices are great and their service department is on point! If anyone looking to buy a new bike ask for Jordan! I am defiantly coming back.

Traded my 07′ R1 for a new one. Thank you Jordan for making the whole process pleasant and quick! He was able to beat any other dealer and gave me the best price for my trade, all of that (including evaluating my trade) within less than an hour!

I went here today to purchase a KTM 450SX (would have been a cash deal). I arrived 15 minutes before they opened and stayed outside as they were pulling bikes out for display.
During this time no one engaged me as they continued with their work, which wasn’t a big issue because I understood they were trying to get the bikes out. I entered the establishment at the posted opening time and went directly to the KTM bikes. I was the first one in the building and as I said I have been there for about 15 – 20 minutes already. I stood there waiting for a sales person to come for approximately 10 minutes, but finally gave up. As I was walking out there were several employees talking to each other and others taking care of people who came in after me. I will not purchase a bike from a dealer like this and will take my money elsewhere.

Great prices and service! I like this shop a lot, especially since I was a little disappointed with Cycle Gear.
Went there two times:
1/​Bought an helmet there. I have the worst head shape possible for helmets but the salesman was good at giving me advice. Rushed me into buying a bit more expensive helmet but I do not regret it! It’s perfect! Got a discount to fit my budget too!
2/​Got a replacement battery for my VTR Interceptor 250 as it came used with a crappy Parts Unlimited battery (don’t buy these)! They ordered the wrong battery whereas they had the good one in stock! They kinda mixed it up and that’s why I quit one star, because a little discount for having me doing several trips to the shop for nothing would have been great. Because the other battery they had was a lot pricier and I didn’t have the choice with other ones so I was kinda trapped there.
But they charged the battery when I asked them so that’s cool!
A really reliable and nice store!
Don’t know about their workshop. I’ll stop there for maintenance soon!
UPDATE: Meh… I quit one star for two things.
1/​Their horrendous bike repair policy: no repair on bikes older than 10 years (2004 and older). They wouldn’t even change a tire on my bike. Even though I’m a recurring customer.
2/​Also asked for a simple tire pressure check: they didn’t even allowed me to do so…
My advice: stick to the apparel/​riding gear part of the shop, avoid the parts/​repair service departments at ALL costs.

Huge thanks to Rand, Brady, and Chad @ TO. They set my YZ up perfect! Listening to rider input and giving top level solutions!
Thing is beast, suspension is flawless, SAME DAY TURN AROUND SERVICE.
Nice to see a company of RIDERS and not salesmen!

After 25 years out of the moto game TOPS helped me get back in the BRRRAAAAAP game!!!
Ive purchased anything larger that blow up furniture set online sight unseen much less two motorcycles.
A couple of emails, a signature or two and in less than a week I had two Austrian Motocross Steeds in crates headed to me.
I cannot say enough about Hunter and his professionalism this dude went out of his way after the sale to make sure I had everything I needed. He even coordinated ordering two FMF exhaust systems and four tires that he shipped inside the creates to save me shipping. Not being able to drive down to the dealership and pickup my new bikes the day I bought them was a bummer but the upside was dealing with cool dudes that ride, race and live the life.
I will definitely buy my next bike from Hunter and TOPS.

Great team and service at TO Powersports. I purchased my motorcycle there and have used their services for maintenance on the machine.
The team is always friendly and helpful but not pushy. Most of them are riders and love to talk about riding. The service team discusses the work they performed and any recommendations but do not try to do a hard sell.
I had my tires changed and found the prices to be competitive with any I could find online. The guys were also very careful to have me ride easy until the tires break in and loose their initial slickness.
Great Service, Lots of bikes in stock from various makers, tons of helmets, riding gear, accessories, etc.
