I bought my 2015 Ducati Diavel from the team here, and just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone here, especially Robbes, my salesman. Robbes happily showed me a bunch of bikes he had in stock, explained to me some of the features of the new models, and had an impressive knowledge of the products in his showroom. He was never pushy as a salesman, allowed me to sit on and even offered me rides on them — with no indication I was ever even interested in buying a bike that day. He also stayed late to make sure my deal went through, got my bike ready, and walked me through its menus and options and whatever else. The staff here is also excellent. I had a few questions about accessories and they were able to answer quickly and clearly. I haven’t brought my bike in for a service yet, but I did have to visit the service department to set something on my new bike and they were super quick and friendly. I’ll report back when I come back for an oil change. The service adviser told me that they run Motul 300V in everything there, which is great because its basically the best oil possible for bikes. They gave me a fair price for my trade in, and even pulled my RAM phone mount off for me so that I could transfer it over to the Diavel. I really can’t give everyone here the praise that they deserve. They went the extra mile for me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for some Italian mechanical art. I can’t wait till I hit the lottery and can come back and buy more of their inventory.

I’m from Utah and bought a used Bonneville here. Casey was amazing at making the out of state deal go smoothly. If you’re in the area or even an out of state buyer hit these guys up. They know their stuff and will get sh*t done for you. Thanks guys!

My husband had service performed on his«baby» here twice. I feel that my review is unique, because although I didn’t directly receive the service, I indirectly received it because having to deal with the aftermath of his appointments is what I truly dealt with, aka a not so happy hubs that required his«baby» to go in twice… Let’s review… Reason leading up to us going using Westlake Ducati is because one day My husband was out riding and his light turned on for the oil pressure sensor. Not taking any chances, he then called WD right away and scheduled a pick up so that they can take it to their facility to diagnose the problem. The picking up and dropping off of the bike is great customer service but the cost for that option has to be built into the manual work they do, since it’s not itemized. We ended up driving to Westlake to pick it up his baby(the first encounter) after a week or so-a little over the expected date, but it is what it is. Finding the dealership was not a problem, it sits pretty in between the Bentley and Aston Martin dealership right off the 101. That’s actually the Ducati showroom, so for service you drive down towards the back of the dealership and half way down there’s a drive way where you enter for Ducati Service. Picking up his bike was an easy-peasy process: You pay, show ID, sign off its your bike then you’re off. I followed him home with the car and half way almost home, he said he started experiencing problems, more importantly the bike started getting really hot. By that time, the service was closed early on a Saturday so we waited until Monday to call and let them know what went down. The hubs called back the service department, and again the hubs scheduled for them to pick it up from our home. After diagnosing the bike they said it needed a coolant flush. After that was performed, they dropped it back off to our home and now the bike is running just fine. It would have been nice that they caught the coolant issue when we had it in a week before, but I’m just glad that the bike and my hubs are fine. Will be come back for services in the future? Absolutely, the customer service is good and the location is closer than Santa Barbara Ducati.

Great online selection of bikes, and not just ducacti. i picked up a 2006 zx-10r with only 5000 miles on it, and it had more up grades on the bike that i would ever need! Was greated by the coolest guy named Robbes, who knowes his stuff, and was realy helpful in getting me the best deal possible. Look forward to making future purchases with Robbes! Worth checking out, and go online first, because the bikes are not plastered with cheesy price tags! Great selection of ridding gear and helmets, though not cheap, but world class quality! Everybody else there all seemed happy to be there, and that made my buying experience all the better! Thanks

This place is so cool. The Maserati dealer is in the the same parking lot. There are Bentleys, Lambos and Ferrari’s to check out on your way in. Having that said I was expecting them to be stuck up. I was wrong. Their store was fully stocked. Their customer service was great!

We stopped in to look at a few motorcycles for my husband. Pete walked up, asked if we had any questions and directed us around. He was by far the nicest, most thorough guy we’ve ever met at s cycle shop. My husband has had over 10 bikes in the past 20 years, so he’s been around the block. Thank you, Pete for making us feel so welcome.

I purchased my Ducati 696 here at Ducati westlake not long ago. The experience was not really what I expected after reading from other reviews. At first, the staff was outside on a rainy day and while I was walking in they don’t even greet you or give you that warm welcome. But not a big deal to me I was there for the bikes not to be treated royalty. But a small welcome would have done just fine. The sales person who helped me was Casey, he was an all around guy. At first when trying to get a quote on the monster and told him the price he was quoting was out of my range he gave a rude comment«You can’t afford that?!» I was quite insulted especially for someone who’s trying to buy their first bike. But in the end he was able to make it happen and even offered to delivered my monster for no extra charge the next day. He’s a cool guy. I guess in the end if you’re looking for a professional sales person then this guy is not for you. But if you can match his personality like I did then ask for him and he’ll work things out with you to make a deal happen. Overall my experience was okay however not the best. I hope their service dept. can provide a better service if ever I come in for my Ducati 696.

All the way from Toronto, Canada(eh) Shopping for a 2006 Ducati Sport 1000 S and founded one in California at Ducati Westlake. At first a bit concerned about the long distance transaction till I spoke to Casey. From that moment on it was like buying a motorcycle down the street(literally). In a few short sentences this is all I can say to the Ducati Westlake big boss about this really cool dude I haven’t even met once in person. I wish to commend your sales agent Casey Holloway, for the way he handled my shopping needs. He was courteous and friendly as he took appropriate time via long distance telephone calls and text messages(even off-working hours) explaining and demonstrating excellent product knowledge. Such professionalism is rare nowadays. Mr. Holloway is an asset to your organization and a true brand ambassador. Finally cause of him I’ve now been referring all my friends and business contacts to your dealership. Impressed would be an understatement! Thanks again, Stef

Wow, this place is a giant step up! I checked several dealers as a place to sell my bike and Westlake Ducati was straight up from the word go. No high ball no low ball just wonderful greeting and classy respect. Price offered was right in line with other dealers but the manner and friendliness was superb. Definetly kicking up the level in the Thousand Oaks area. Thanks much Josh!

Looking forward to a good business relationship. Had an initial hiccup when we’d sent an inquiry via Cycle Trader and did not receive any response. I’m a pick of the phone and verify type of person so must say I felt I was ignored. We were able to connect yesterday and after a good discussion with Josh, I was able to share my concerns. He was receptive and assured me that our inquiry was being investigated and explained in great detail all that was being done to review our request. I told him… if he’d just let me know they’d received it in the first place… we’d have been good. So anyway… now onward. Josh is a good guy. He’s completely knowledgeable and very obviously a skilled and dedicated team member for Ducati Westlake. He’s fair and honest and laid all details out in easily explained and comprehensible facts. Our questions were answered(especially mine since I want the minutia)… Looking forward to participating in some of the other goings on at Ducati.(even tho I personally ride a HD). LOL

I don’t think I’ve ever been treated with so much respect and friendliness at any bike shop, but The Ducati Service Team knows how to do it. Came in today to get my clutch looked at and in no time my bike was taken a look at and was offered some refreshments while I waited. In addition, while I was here I hung out in their customer lounge which is by far one of the nicest places to wait for your bike to be serviced! Truly an amazing place! If you’re looking for a place to have your Duc have its work performed on… Visit these guys!

I haven’t even stepped foot into this dealership, but instead called in for a quote on a new Ducati. Rang up Casey as his name is mentioned on so many of the positive reviews here on Unilocal. I really regretted asking for Casey after a couple of minutes on the phone with him. He’s an Aussie or New Zealand guy which I think he’s a great guy at times, but when I spoke with him it really wasn’t something I anticipated. He was really arrogant in the way he spoke to me when I asked what would be the best deal he could work out on a 20151299 Panigale S. His snark reply was«the best deal is I can get one for you.» «MSRP is the best deal I can get you and if someone says other wise you go and kick him in the nuts, because they’re ruining it for all of us.» I know the bike I was asking about is on short supply and it’s a hot model that came to market recently, but the arrogance and attitude was something he can keep to himself. I’ve shopped around for the Panigale in the past few days before calling in and knew what some of the other dealers were willing to do on the pricing. I understand it’s a business and they are in it for profit but, seriously? I’m in sales myself and his personality and rude demeanor is something that would prevent all future interactions. I’ve never been to this dealership before and I know not to ever go here just because of a single employee who ruined for Westlake. As for the bike, I bought it elsewhere. At a price better than MSRP.

It’s Heaven. Or Disneyland. Take your pick. This wonderland seems to have Ducati, Rolls-Royce, Maserati, and Bentley all rolled into one location, and it’s a true feast for the eyes. Even if you don’t know a lick about cars, you know when something is simply B-E-A-UTIFUL. I went in to get by Ducati Monster 696 fixed up with a new chain and brake pads. I showed up maybe 20 minutes early for my appointment, but I was still warmly welcomed and the guys immediately showed me around the lot and showrooms available(I can’t get over their lobby/break room complete with a massive flatscreen and an Italian coffee maker) They had my bike fixed up and CLEANED in two hours and I was blown away at the quality of work. When I rode it, it felt brand new, brand spanking new. If you’ve got a Ducati in Ventura County(or Santa Barbara County for me), make the ride. You’re welcome. Cheers.
