Conejo Vacation Trailer

I am still using Mike, nearly every week. THE BEST!
He has a small accessories store and lots of parts for trailer repair. We look to Mike for setting up RV tow cars, hitches and electrical.
If he doesn’t answer, leave a message or keep calling. He’s probably with a customer.
Look at all of the 5 star reviews! That’s very rare in the auto service industry and he earns them with great service and honesty.

Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and skillful.
Only downside is he can be very busy in summer (I will plan to get most of my work done in the off season).
I went to Mike with a problem in my Onan 2800 generator. He recommended a solution and it has been working ever since (he recommended replacing the carburetor instead of rebuilding it).
I came back with a laundry list of repairs. He converted my incandescent lights to LED and the batteries last really long now. I also needed some custom repairs and he fabricated parts to keep my Roadtrek from falling apart.
I am extremely happy and I highly recommend him.

Took a motorhome and a Jeep to pull behind it in to Mike for what we need for «dinghy» towing. This was after speaking to him on the phone where he quoted me what was needed and the price for such. When we passed there to check the place out it was no frills but Mike was very knowledgable and we made an appointment for the next week. The initial job was done in the time he quoted and at the price quoted. He had forgotten that I wanted the braking system also so we had to wait for this to come in after he ordered it. It took some time to come as the company that made it was waiting on parts itself. Once it came the same process occurred in terms of the work and price. He took us on a quick walk through about the connections each time. Once we got to the point of using the products all went as he said. If one needs work on RV stuff this is the place to go.

Mike is the best. Have only taken my RV Camper Van Conversion to him. He is trustworthy and knows his trade very well. The best part is that he is willing to share his experience and actually trains you on your camper. Thanks Mike.

I called looking for a part and they helped me out answered all my questions and was so honest that he told me to look somewhere else cuz it would be cheaper… wow!!! that’s amazing costumer service!

Our brake drum busted on the 101 at 11:00pm, Pulled off the freeway into the Starbucks across the street from Mike’s. A great big thank you to Kyle, who stopped to help and recommend Conejo Vacation Trailer (which just happened to be the BEST place in the land, and right across the street). We parked in front of Mike’s place and camped out with the kids for the night. Mike pulled us in at 8 am and we were on the road by 10:30am. Mike is a perfect picture of giving fair, quality service with a smile. Thank you for saving our vacation. We wont think twice about driving from Orange County to give you our business. Mike knows RV’s inside and out. He knows absolutely everything about them, works at a fair price and has a terrific personality.

MIKE IS AMAZING! This guy knows his stuff. If you want a hitch on a «luxury» vehicle at a fair price go here. It is a drive from LA but worth it. He also gave me sound advice on what to ask for from the dealer that sold me the travel trailer. I can’t say enough about this guy. AMAZING!

Mike made a custom trailer wiring adapter for me after every retailer in town did not have what I needed in stock. If I had known about this place before I would have gone straight to them. After explaining what I needed on the way, it was ready when I got there 10 minutes later at a cheaper price than I would have had to wait a week for from a retailer. Cheers

Mike is the only dude I trust to hitch me up. He’s been my goto guy for all my RVs also. Does it right — the first time. Doesn’t waste my money. I’m grateful we have such a guru in town.
He’s actually saved me from dangerous and/​or expensive catastrophe on a few occasions through his thoroughness and knowledge.
Yeah — parts is not where you’re gonna save a buck with Mike– but as others have stated — he more than makes up for it in expertise and everything else.

Mike and his crew simply rock. I have been using CVT now almost exclusively for 10 years for hitches, repairs and accessories. He always manages to fit me in. The work is done when promised, it’s done right the first time and his pricing is very fair. If I had any complaints it would be the prices on the in stock items a bit steep but everything else more than makes up for it. I have even become a better driver having to get the trailer into the yard but it’s all part of the charm that makes this the best RV repair place in Ventura County if the personal touch means more to you than the bottom line.
