Hands down the best customer service I have received at any automobile service center. I found them on groupon, they took excellent car of me and my car. I will definitely return for all the services my car may need in the future. I never felt pressured to upgrade at any time. I appreciated the fact that they took the time to educate me on my car and the future maintenance it may need.

With an appointment, the oil and filter change was one of the fastest I’ve had. Much faster than Jiffy Lube.
The concerning part was that the technician said that I needed a new engine and cabin air filter. First, the 2003 Ford Focus 2.3L engine uses a lifetime engine air filter that few non-​dealer shops carry. Second and most concerning is that there is a highly visible air filter gauge which clearly showed that the filter was not in need of replacing.
Use judgment when deciding whether or not to agree to up-​selling of services.

Incredible customer service, comfortable waiting room, always prompt service (finally, no endless waits!) the mechanics are knowledgeable, reliable and never try to add on services you don’t need. I took my daughter’s car to two other places before going to Performance Auto and got a huge laundry list of repairs that needed «my immediate attention» to the tune of $ 2,700. Took it to Performance and walked out with a perfectly running car for under $ 300. Do yourself a favor: go get two estimates, then go to Performance — you’ll be a customer for life.

Honest and great prices with Outstanding service. The owners as well as all the employees are knowledgeable, they build and race cars for heavens sake! They are determined to help you and will satisfy all your needs. We’ve taken our classic and new model cars here and the mechanics are amazing. I Can’t recommend them enough! Michael is Great.

I was in So-​Cal and had some car issues and stumbled across repair shop. Man were they great, they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of crap I didn’t, like so many others. This family owned business really takes care of their customers. I like the fact that it locally owned and not so big chain that treats you like a $$$$.
