Brian Hoover turned his dreams into a reality during the summer of 2001. He took his childhood passion for aquariums, combined it with 10 years of owning various aquariums and added 5 years of retail experience of working in an aquarium store. With this extensive background along with a college degree from CLU with business and marine biology classes, Aquatic Contractors is the premier aquarium service company in Ventura County.
