Family owned and operated for over 30 years combined. You will find that our main concern is providing you with excellent customer service, superior workmanship and with honesty and integrity that you the customer deserve. We guarantee you will be happy with our company.

Our family business has been built on our dedication to old-​fashioned friendly and honest customer service. Our family business was established in 2005 and is going than stronger than ever. Our philosophy is to give our customers «more value» than the «cash value» we receive from them. We do this by giving our customers the utmost honest, efficient, uncompromising auto service and repair at the possible price. Our auto technicians are ASE certified, specializing in Lexus, Toyota, Acura and Honda as well as domestic vehicles.

Gil and I are caring and supportive individuals, striving to give our customers the best possible service and repair as required. We take it very seriously if we fall short of our standards. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

I called Accurate Automotive for an estimate on replacing my front brakes, and I spoke with the owner, Gil. He was very receptive to my concerns when I was surprised by his quote (I wanted to be sure he would use original manufacturer parts, and wasn’t sure how his price could be so competitive while using those parts), and when I asked him if he’d be willing to show me the brakes in the box before opening them for my car, he said, «absolutely. I want you to feel 100% comfortable with us, and that you can trust us.» He was able to see me that day (which I appreciated, though I scheduled him for a different day). When I arrived, before I said anything beyond my name and time of my appointment, he pulled out the box, as promised. I was impressed he had obviously made note of my concerns. He was efficient, but also took the time to explain to me how various (relevant) parts of my car work (I’m a novice in terms of auto mechanics), when making recommendations. He wasn’t at all pushy, and his prices were very competitive. I feel really glad that I found Accurate Automotive, and I feel good referring others there.

Honest mechanic — sounds like an oxymoron, but it’s what you will find here. Gil, Irma and staff are awesome. My parents have been going here for years, Irma has personally come to my house and picked me up when my car was ready and I had no other way of getting there, our cars are taken care of quickly, professionally and always done right. We moved from Thousand Oaks to Calabasas however we still come to this place. The owner is very nice person and he always tells you what is necessary for your car and not try to upsell you things you don’t need. I love their customer service and I would always recommend this place. As I said… we’re still coming back.

I just moved to the area and needed a good mechanic for our Japanese cars. We are so lucky we found Accurate Automotive. We needed our brakes inspected in which I was expecting the worst. They could have taken advantage of us and recommended new rotors and brake pads, but they did their diagnostic work and found we only needed our rotors turned. Its tough finding a automotive shop that is trustworthy these days. If you are looking for a friendly, trustworthy shop with excellent car care, look no further as Accurate is the place to go. I will be taking my car there from now on.

I stumbled upon Accurate Automotive many years ago, and boy am I glad I did. Whenever I go to a new place, I am very apprehensive, and convinced that they are going to try and rip me off some how. That is defiantly not the case, because Gil is a honest individual who takes care of his customers and their vehicles. It’s great to have the peace of mind when you use his services that he and his team will not only do a great job, but do it in a fair and cost conscience way. You can’t go wrong here!!!

I’ve been going to Accurate Automotive for years now. Gilbert and his crew are friendly and knowledgeable. His prices are much competitive than the dealers, and does a superb job on the maintenance. Overall, I do the easy maintenance, and take the hard stuff to Gilbert. Bottom line, I like the fact that I could talk to the owner directly, and get his opinion on the type of options I have on fixing the vehicle.

I have been using Accurate Automotive for over three years and I have always been satisfied with the service, repair and prices that I receive for my 2009 Honda Civic. I receive emails reminders when services are due. I find this service extremely helpful since I’m always so busy and consumed with my everyday life. Accurate is a great unknown auto shop. I was referred by a friend, and have not been disappointed. They keep a thorough history of my vehicle, suggested repairs etc. When the car is in the shop, they call periodically with status updates which is very refreshing. Prices are very fair (I have never felt like I am being overcharged or charged for repairs that I don’t necessarily need) and the staff is great!

This kinda sucks. First time here kinda pricy for a minor service. Owner is strange and instructs his service writer to charge more for stuff I don’t need. I did not need brakes like he insisted. I held off for 2 reasons. #1 I had records from the shop you kinda trashed. You dropped your price to (do them today) when I choose not to I could see the facial expressions. So I made another appointment at the other shop. He showed me my brakes that have 35%. That’s like 10 thousand miles till they need replaced. #2 reason. People look around the shop did you notice no cars getting fixed or the empty parking lot? Now I see why your competition has a week wait time. Every time I have went to the guy you trashed. I see his shop is full and has trained guys with diplomas and factory certification hanging on their walls. With honesty and respect their priority! Learn to

This place was referred to me when I bought my Honda. I decided to come in and make an appointment.
When I got here for the first time, it turned out that they had all the records for my car from the previous owner. Which was awesome. Since I got my Honda, a few years ago I haven’t gone anywhere else since. They always remind me what services are needed right away, services I can wait or or ones I don’t need to worry about right now. Every Time I’ve called to make an appointment they have always taken me right away and made it work with my schedule.
The people here are really nice, they take their time with you and work hard to make sure the job is done, correctly.
The prices are reasonable as well. I highly suggest any services you need done to come to this shop.

Great service! I was able to get in the same day I called to get a minor service with oil change and to check my brakes and rotate tires. They were able to find out that my brakes needed to be changed and was able to accommodate in fixing it the same day without me having to come back to do it lugging 2 children.
