History

Established in 2014.

The business was started in 2014 after realizing there was a need for high quality event staff in the Southern California area. The owners have over a decade of food service and customer service experience and their passion for quality spills over into every event they touch.

CSE is a temporary staffing service targeted towards two specific needs: caterers looking to provide the best service experience for guests enjoying their expertly prepared food, and event coordinators or party planners looking for support when putting on a memorable event. CSE staff have been thoroughly vetted to provide knowledgeable service delivered in a winsome, warm, and friendly way. We aim to be the primary choice for every occasion and by standardizing an «above and beyond» mentality when dealing with both clients and guests, we are able to truly provide a better event experience.

Meet the Business Owner

Jonathan A.

Business Owner

Jonathan Aymin began Common Sense Events in mid 2014 to meet the needs of the event industry and after observing a consistency in lack of quality of staff at events he would occasionally work.

Born and raised in Texas, Jonathan comes from a family who makes interpersonal interactions a priority and has always excelled in customer service positions in jobs.

«We grew up on a farm and hard work was always important, but both my parents were city folks and my mom had an extensive background in customer service».

After working in restaurants at every position from bus boy to manager, he started Common Sense Events with his wife Julianna. They have two sons and live in Riverside County.

They aim to make Common Sense Events Southern California’s #1 event staffing company.

Fun Facts:

–Started his first business at age 15

–Loves craft beer and hopes to brew his own one day.

–Went to Colorado State University– Bachelors in Business Admin.
