I found this shop on Unilocal after my hubby dropped his Ray-​Ban sunglasses and the lens fell out. I called to ask if they could help me out and they were very kind and said «Of course! Come in!». Not only did they fix the glasses in 3 minutes, but also didn’t charge me for their time. After requesting for my hubby to be more careful with the glasses, I was on my way! I would definitely recommend this kind place for your glasses needs! Thanks, Serge!

My wife and I started going to Serge before he even opened his own store and we would never go anywhere else. The reasons? 1. Serge cares about his clients; you feel like a family member not a customer. 2. Serge knows the eyeglass industry from top to bottom. He and Sam have the best selection of designer frames AND a great eye toward getting you in the right glasses. 3. Follow up and follow through. Honesty and integrity– you will not find a better shop. Sometimes the store is a little crowded — but it is well worth a bit of patience. I’d give 6 stars if that was possible!

I can’t see enough wonderful things about Serge and Sam. They truly guide you toward what is stylish and looks best on you. They have a terrific selection. They don’t try to «sell» the most expensive glasses. They will work with you to be sure the lenses are just right.
Serge has been taking care of my family for over 20 years. He has been helping my 23 year old son since he was 2 years old. My son has autism and a complicated prescription. At first he was resistant to the process of trying on and wearing glasses. Every visit could be an event. Serge had unyielding patience and kindness, and ultimately gave him great correction and style. My style conscious 26-​year-​old daughter and I also adore Serge and Sam. We can’t imagine going to anybody else.

I should have written this years ago, but I’m lazy. I’ve been Serge’s customer since before he had his own shop (when he worked somewhere else. Must be something like 15 years. I looked for him after he no longer worked there & opened his own shop. I can’t rave enough: he’s extremely knowledgeable, honest, fair, & has terrific customer service. The lenses are done quickly (although not while you wait), & he has a large selection of frames.
I’m very fussy about glasses & have 5 different pairs (each for different activities). Two are bifocals, one for distance, one for very close, & one trifocal. He knows just where to divide the lenses for reading, intermediate, & distance. There isn’t another person I would trust!

Serge is the most wonderful optician I have ever been to. He has the most spectacular selection of eyeglass frames and lenses. The best glasses come from Serge! I have been to other places. I always had to take them back and have lenses redone. That has never happened with Serge. They are perfect! Love my new glasses!!! Thank you Serge! You’re the best!

First I was introduce to Serge by a friend of mine and after years and years coming to see him for my eyes needs I feel that he really took good care of me.
I am a big believer in customer service and specially good customer service who can provide you that personal touch will make you remember them for a very very long time. Serge is approx 30 miles away from me but it’s worth the drive because the great service experience I have every time!!!

Serge provides glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, etc. to multiple members of my family and everyone loves him. Serge is a straight shooter who values a long-​term relationship over a quick buck. I’m giving a five star because I know this place has a huge variety of options, someone to help you find and fit the look you’re after and for me me the icing on the cake is knowing when I fall sleep with my glasses on and break them, they are fixed with a smile and joke.

WOW! I could seriously not be happier with the work and the customer service from this shop. I was recommended to Serge by a coworker and decided to take my grandmother’s old frames in to have the lenses replaced. The lenses had a certain color and tone to them and I wanted to duplicate it without the prescription (I have ²⁰⁄₂₀ so it wasn’t necessary). He took a look and let me know that he could complete the job, quoted me an incredible price and I handed them over immediately with complete trust that they would come out to what I had in mind.
I received a call a week later and went to pick up my new shades and I could not be more ecstatic with the results!!! Serge matched them almost exactly to what I had envisioned (I say almost because the lens color I wanted to duplicate was actually a faded version of the original, so it was a little harder to do). But he delivered with a smile and with excellent customer service, I can’t recommend this place and Serge enough.
Even if you don’t need a custom job, every single pair of glasses and frames in his store are absolutely gorgeous, you’ll love it.

I was referred by a friend that been their customer for years. I was looking for a sport goggles which I never had any experience with so I asked for recommendations, tried a few options and bought this pair for $ 165. I was excited to try them out and anxious to play for the first time without that fear of breaking my glasses or getting hurt during a game so Sunday came and I played with the goggles and Man I was disappointed my vision was limited and the view was narrow, it felt like I’m playing with binoculars .
At that point I didn’t care about the investment I just wanted a solution so I could finally play my game
The next day I went back to the store to check out another option. I found a regular eyeglasses with a heavier frame by Oakley which I liked and I decided to buy them
So I placed the order with Serge and asked how long would it take and how much are they ?
Serge respond was: you’re good to go my friend we’ll call you in couple of days when it’s ready
I was shocked they exchanged the Goggles after I used it and didn’t charge me for the difference which wasn’t some change …
That’s customer service !
I’ll definitely refer them to anyone I know needs glasses

The only place I buy glasses, contacts and sunnies. Why? Because of serge.
My bf took to pick out some sunnies for vacation about 4 years ago. Serge always so kind and gracious when we shop. Prices are way better than the mall or costco.

My first experience with Serge was over a year ago, I brought in two frames and walked out with a fresh pair of eyes. Sadly my first pair was stolen from my car and my second broke only a month or so ago (love krazy glue!). My debacle was that I’m now living in the Bay Area, so I did what any obsessive compulsive dude would do and shipped them to Serge with a note. He mailed them back and then called me for a charge, what a man! Had everything taken care of in about a week!

Waited too long to write this review since I have been a loyal and happy customer with Serge for over 8 years now. No one gives better service than Serge. There can be a dozen people in the store but when he is helping you he makes you feel like there is no one else in that store. Talk about some good concierge service!
His selection is great and has an incredible memory and never forgets to let me know when new things are in or if my order is on back log or if the shipment didn’t come in.
Never a dull moment with Serge and he has such great positive energy that I end up sitting in his store for hours just chatting. Have recommended everyone to Serge and will continue to do so.

Serge was awesome! My girlfriend has been coming here for a while to buy glasses and I needed glasses so I came in today to buy glasses and I left so happy.
First of all, the store is nice, big, clean, and has so many sunglass options. Serge gave me advice and helped me find the glasses that suited me best and made them fit my face and positioned it perfect.
Next, he was super nice and the price was very fair, better to buy from someone like him rather than a store like sunglass hut because he will remember your name.
