Marcus was amazing!!! He greeted us the second we walked in the door. Was courteous helpful and so quick to get us everything we needed!!! Didn’t have to wait hours like normal cell phone stores. He upgraded my phone, transferred all our numbers, gave us the BEST plan and pricing and had everything done in 20 mins. I am amazed and will definitely go back to him. Best cell phone experience I have ever had!!!

When I walk to the store I was greeted enthusiastically as if I was the most beautiful frozen ice princess. Mona quickly came and greeted me with such assurance and quality and thoroughness and education of the product(s) I was hoping to find out about and shop for. Mona was able to quote me all the right prices she was very kind very smart she made great eye contact and she was very genuine about helping me. I’m glad I was in the right place at the right time and got all the services I needed in a very fluid and proactive manner. Thanks, Mona.

Phone broke, went in to see what they could do. Matt was an awesome salesman. Patient, helpful, and super nice. Answered all my questions and researched extra promo deals. I walked out with an awesome new phone!

Went into the store to purchase my mom a new phone, and take advantage of her 2 year upgrade that her account was eligible for. the salesman immediately 1) tries to make us feel dumb for wanting to renew her 2 year contract instead of signing up for their NEXT plan and 2) Tells that he and all AT&T /Apple stores are sold out of the phones she wants. It’s ok, I get it. He makes commissions and their job is to sell people on the newest plans. What I don’t like is that he tries to fast talk my mom, and starts rambling off numbers so fast that no one can keep up. Twice I asked him if we could visually look at all the numbers he was reciting(he had an ipad that he was referencing for everything) and instead of showing us, he just takes out a piece of paper and writes some chicken scratch, folds it up, and barely hands it over to me. That’s just rude. At this point, I am pretty much over this sales person and don’t trust him. So, I bring up the options to my mom about going to an Apple store or switching carriers since her contract is technically over. Also, it was her birthday and she really wanted to have a phone the same day. The salesman reverts back to the fact that EVERYWHERE is sold out. I let him know that I was in an Apple store the day before and they had plenty in stock. He proceeds to challenge me: «Oh yeah? Which store? I was just talking to one and they were sold. So, WHICHONE?!» We left. I checked online, found that the Apple store had the phone in stock. 20 minutes later we walked out of the Apple store with her new phone. No difference in cost. Thanks for being an awful store and hiring such pushy, lying sales people. We will never shop with AT&T again.
