My insurance recommend this place to me for some car repairs, they were all very friendly, great price, and I had an overall great experience. They get work done fast, along with amazing quality work! I would definitely recommend that you come here in! You will be exempt l extremely satisfied with not only the work, but the crew there, they are wonderful people!

This place sucks– they refused to stand by there warranty. Paint started chipping within one year. Go up the road and find another paint shop.

Took in my Corolla after I was in an accident. The work they did on my car was great, their customer service on the other hand, not so much.
Brought the car in on Saturday and was told an estimate would be emailed to me Monday. Monday came and nothing. I had to call a few times before anything was actually sent to me.
When I took in my car, it had a small knick on the windshield. When I picked it up, the entire windshield was cracked going across the middle. I understand that eventually, the glass would crack, but don’t stand there and tell me it was the sun when I park it uncovered daily in the hot sun and it’s been like that for a year and a half and the knick has never grown. On top of that, they didn’t think to call and tells when it happened so I could have had it replaced while it was still in their hands. They need to improve on their communication.
However, they did finish the car faster than promised. And it was very nicely cleaned when I picked it up. So that’s why they get 3 stars. I don’t think I’d recommend them, though.

I took my Chrysler 200 in, Mondo told all the work that was going to done, very helpful and Nice, Martha The owner she is a beautiful person made me feel like family, and made my car looks new again, it looks better now then its ever looked, like new again I would recommend all my family and friends here.

This place was great! Martha and her team went above and beyond in helping me when my stolen car was recovered. The work they did was great. They constantly kept in contact with me and the services where fast. My car looked great after. The paint matched perfectly. And they had great connections with car rental services. Came in with my 2012 Camry after I had a small minor incident with a pole and it scratched my rear bumper, Martha gave me an honest quote and did the job for a fair price. I wasn’t disappointed and can surely say that Martha cares about her customers. She even touched up the other scratches and gave my car a car wash. I can’t explain how grateful I am to come to Pro-​tec collision to meet such honest and friendly staff.

Well I have to say that this has been my first time at a body shop in my life and I have to say that the experience exceed my expectations. They rear-​ended my 2007 Toyota Camry and I thought my car wouldn’t look as it did when it was first bought. I had tons of options of where I could have had my car repaired, but since Pro-​Tech Collision is very convenient as it’s only a couple of minutes away from home I decided to give them a chance and I’m so glad I did! Martha the owner of the shop was the one who took care me all along the car repair and was really great, and treated me like family. The day I took in the car for the shop to start the repair Martha had already arranged the car rental so it was ready and I wasn’t carless.
Martha was great with keeping in touch keeping me updated with the status of the car. One thing I loved was that the car was done by the estimated completion time frame, and the day I got the call my car was ready I was really happy it was, I went to the shop to pick it up and I thought I was taking a new Camry with me home that the job they did on it was impeccable. The paint finish on it looked factory original and another thing I liked was that she used OEM Toyota parts in my car. God forbid but next time around when I’m involved in an accident I will be taking my car again to Pro-​Tech Collision because of the great quality of work that was done to my car.

Took my brand new Ford Focus there and Martha, Yolanda, and Mando took care of me and my vehicle. Fast service and color matched perfectly. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Definitely will send friends and family to Pro Tech.

Took my Mercedes c350 here after someone crashed into my back bumper causing quite noticeable damage. The staff is extremely courteous, sincere, and made sure i was completely taken care of — the only other place where i received this type of service ever was MBZ motors in Winnetka but they aren’t for body work. Pro Tech did excellent work and it was extremely affordable compared to most other body shops. They ended up having to replace my bumper and now my car looks better than it did before — all certified parts, warranty, and perfect color match. I was skeptical at first but im extremely happy i followed the recommendation i got to bring my car here (really couldnt afford to overspend).

Excellent job matching red paint and repairing side of SUV. Job was finished 2days ahead of quote. Office staff was great with my kids during the wait, giving them toys and coloring books. I hope I will not be in need of an auto-​body shop in the future, but if I do, I will definitely use Pro Tech again.

This is gonna be a long one so bust out the popcorn and quite your children lol. So i got into an accident (a whole other story) and we were limited to 1 car for going on 4 months, my fiancé drove me to and from work Mon-​Fri every morning and afternoon. one morning just like any other my fiancé got side swiped by a vehicle and BAM!!! That is where our bad luck turned for the worse. the driver did not have insurance so we towed it to a shop down the street, my insurance recommended Pro Tech so i called over to ask if i could get my vehicle towed over, they said «sure no problem give us 20 min» but me being the impatient person i am decided to drive it down, seeing that it was only a block or two, on arrival to the front of the shop a WONDERFUL (sarcastic) San Fernando police officer pulled me over stating that the car isn’t street safe and had it towed. ugh wonderful right. So after my car was taken in i went inside where Martha (shop owner) embraced me with open arms and the first thing out of her mouth was «don’t worry we will fix this» and fix it she did! She sent a truck over and picked up the car for me out of her own pocket. i was almost in tears with her generosity. i signed paperwork and i was on my way. Now i promised you a bad story and bad i will give you if that wasn’t enough my insurance calls me and tells me due to a suspicious $ 16 dollar payment that was done a bit before the accident they are unable to cover our damages! We have a 2014 ford fusion which you could probably imagine isn’t going to be cheap to repair. But yet again pulling a rabbit out of her hat Martha said «don’t worry we will fix this» (placing her hand on my shoulder in a motherly sense)”. I gave her enough to fix my car in just «street legal» condition and i will worry about the rest in time. She gave me an amazing estimate and was very prompt to inform me of anything that wasn’t in her control. my car was in and out within 1 week, 2 days shy of her original estimated time (anyone that’s had your car done knows that 2 days shy is like seeing a unicorn when it comes to vehicles) All and all it was a great experience and refreshing to know that there still are people out there that just genuinely care. I would and am most definitely going to go back and recommend everyone to see for yourself and be your own judge don’t take my word for it but i will say this before i go «i told you so :)»

I had brought my car in after 2 collisions in a single day which ruined my month for me. Brought my car in to Pro Tech with Martha & there were some rough patches in the time with the repairs. It took longer for repairs on the car but you have to remember that they have a higher volume of cars coming into their shop due to working with insurances directly. They have a lot more to work with & deal with than most body shops do I am sure.
Soon after reaching time to pick up my car there were setbacks due to having different types of shocks on the car than the stock OEM ones. I offered to go pick up the shock to a company that had it in stock called Racing Beat. She covered the costs of gas to drive over to Anaheim to pick up the part from them. From there there was a delay on the time the car would be ready because of improper fitment of the fender.
Upon return of my car the car appeared good to go. I had to replace the passenger side tire on my car since the driver’s side had been replaced. Martha offers to get an alignment redone on the car out of courtesy since the tire had to be replaced on the other side. A couple of weeks after I realize there was some minor damage on the car that was not present on the vehicle including clear coat over spray on the vehicle. I spoke with Martha & my adjuster, they agreed on cleaning up the over spray & repairing the minor damage on the car that occurred in the repair process. Martha covered the rental for the time being. The car is almost ready to go with the final product which I am excited about.
Despite all of the things that occurred during the process I am glad Martha has gone the extra mile to have a happy & pleased customer. I would be willing to bring my car to Pro Tech, don’t know of any shop that would do as much as they have to have a happy customer. They are good in my books!

Yes the owner is nice but it’s only to cover her fuck ups all she does is lie and instead of her teaching her staff to work and do what they’re supposed to which is fix the vehicles she teaches everyone how to lie my car was in her shop for two months and every time that it felt like I was going to get my car she will come up with new stuff that they needed to order more parts that the parts aren’t here yet that they send the wrong parts etc… Not Only That After The Months They Finally Did Give Me My Vehicle There Was Damages That Weren’t Even There The Car Was Scratch From Places It Wasn’t There When I brought It In The Inside From The Interior Was All Scratch And To Top It All Off They Un programed The Alarm Witch That Meant I Had To Bring It Back In As Of Now It’s Been Two Days And Haven’t Gotten My Car Back Hopefully It Don’t Take Another 2 Months

This is the best place to have your car repaired. I was recommended by state farm after getting into an accident. Marta the owner could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I am a business owner myself so I can see she truly understands customer service and cares a lot about the quality of her services. She had them do the repairs as well as fix my bumper from a little bump I did before that. Her price on the extra repair was extremely fair (lower than anyone else would have done) she was great about working with me on everything. I will not go anywhere else to fix any future dings. I noticed some bad reviews on here and I am really surprised. I can’t imagine anyone having such an opposite experience but I highly recommend pro tech.

I have had two cars repaired here (one has been in twice). It is the preferred repair shop for most auto insurance companies. Martha and Mando assisted me each time. They are very knowledgeable, professional and care about the work they do. I would, and have recommended Pro Tech to others.

I have to say that I’m very disappointed in this place. My car has been in the shop since Jan. 3^rd. It is now Feb. 20^th and my attorney’s office had to intervene in order for me to go pick up today. Martha the owner is very friendly, actually over friendly in my opinion. I work with people on a daily basis from all around the world and I know when someone is BS’ing me. She’s that way because she’s lying. As soon as the insurance company approved her estimate and I signed the necessary paperwork for her to start on my car, I should have known that something was wrong when she called and said please size down for a cheaper car as your car will not be ready for about 3 — 4 weeks. Why would you take the job if you are behind. I do not drive an economy car so why should I adjust because you are not organized and can’t get your stuff together. When I returned the rental car, I had to pay additional $ 170 dollars. I was going away on a business trip and she assured me that my car would be ready. While I was traveling my attorney’s office called and said the car was not ready to be picked up and would be ready on Friday. I said cool because I didn’t come back until Thursday night anyway. I called Martha on Friday to make arrangements to pick up my car by 5pm and she said it was not ready and was doing me a favor by fixing the back bumper free of charge. I didn’t ask her to fix the back bumper as their was only a minor scratch that could have been buffed out if I wanted it to be. She used that as an excuse for not having it ready on that Friday. I was jet lagged and tired so figured we would function without the car until Monday Feb. 17^th since she promised it then. Well Monday arrived and once again she BS’ed me with the same crap. i had enough. Called my attorney and she told them it would be ready in a few days and I should get a rental car. At the point I lost it… I have already paid for a rental car for additional days because of you and now you are only offering me $ 100. NOT OKAY. Today is the day for pick-​up and my husband is going to pick it up and test drive it because I’m so tired of her lying to me. I hope State Farm and any other insurance company that deals with her will stop. They referred me to her and it’s just being one BIG PAIN IN THE ARSE.
If you can avoid going there, I strongly advise you to go some where else. I only went because I live in the area and wanted to support the business… I will never do it again.

The owner is too friendly because she is cover up for all the mistakes they did to my car. They had my car in the shop for 2 months and I still had to take it back for more repairs when I finally did get it back. Plus even after the second time I still had issues with my car. The people there are really nice, in other words the kiss up to you to cover up for all their mistakes. I was very disappointed in the service especially since I thought since a woman owns the business it would be done right but it was not. The office personal is always changing so they always get there messages mixed up. I am sorry but this place is not where you want to take your car.
