Pop-A-Lock

Tonight (Sunday) at 9pm our mini van (which has auto lock issues) decided to lock us out of the car during a potty break at a Mc Donald’s in Gilroy! To make matters worse the car was still on and we had yet to unbuckle our sleeping 4 year old, who was now stuck in the car!!! Frantically called Pop-​A-​Lock South County and they not only made it over in record time and saved the day they did it for free!!! I cannot thank them enough for this amazing act of kindness! Dependable, professional and generous thank you, thank you!

Not a good first impression

Locksmith was very nice, took care of all my door locks that needed changed. Only wished they could have come within the same day as opposed to next day service (though it was a sunday I called)

I manage an office building in Sunnyvale and we needed keys made, numbers stamped on the keys, our women’s bathroom door handle fixed, 2 more door closing mechanisms fixed. We called on Sam at Pop-​A-​Lock to do the job. He arrived very quickly, was SUPER friendly, and did the jobs in a timely fashion and to our COMPLETE AND TOTAL satisfaction! We are dumping our old locksmith and using only Sam from now on! You just got a customer for life, Sam!

I needed to program my car key. Acura dealership quoted me $ 100+, other companies wanted $ 20 just to «come and take a look whether they could do something». Sam, on the other hand, was very friendly. Came to my place and 15 minutes later the key was ready for half of the dealership’s price. Great job, will use these guys again.

Last year, I needed help with my central lock that had stopped working — and help I recieved! From a really friendly guy named Sam. I was so greatful, that yesterday when I locked my keys in my trunk… and then realized that opening the trunk from the car’s main panel didn’t work, I knew it was time to take out Sam’s bussiness card and give pop-​a-​lock a call.
BIG MISTAKE!
Since I couldn’t get a hold of my other half, I wanted to know how much it would cost to open the trunk of my car. And the operator was beyond unfriendly!
Yes, my connection was bad, my English isn’t pure american accent but the customer service was just incredibly unacceptable.
At the end of the conversation, even though I’d rather pay the 50 bucks than wait for my significant other to return… I decide to wait.
And all becuase I recieved really, really poor customer service.
I understand, 6.30 pm on a Saturday isn’t the best shift in the world. But seriously, I needed help and was met with a very poor attitude. Which was the last thing I needed, especially considering that I am a customer.
Working in a customer service proffession myself, I couldn’t understnad it.
Unacceptable. The few people I recommended pop-​a-​lock to (based on Sam’s excellent performance) will surely be notifed as well.

Issa made a brand new ket for my car after I lost all sets. At first, couldn’t find the problem so he drove to another place to replace my fuses in the car then returned 3 hours later to still fix the keys. 2 other places couldn’t fix or find the problem!

Pop-​A-​Lock is amazing! I had gone to pick up my nephew from school, it was pouring rain and i ended up locking my keys in my car. I called Pop-​A-​Lock I had gotten the number from a friend they had helped in the past. They came in less than 30 minutes, got us in the car as fast as they could. Not only are they quick and good at their job but their friendly! And great prices.

This place is awesome! I’ve been having problems w/​my car ignition on/​off for years but just recently got so bad the key wouldn’t turn in the ignition. If I had gone through the dealership it would’ve cost me an absurd amount of money… But luckily I went through these guys instead. It saved me time, money & the stress of worrying if my car was going to start the next day. Sam was the one who came out & worked on my car. He was professional, personable & seriously had fixed the problem in less than an hour. My car has been working better than it has in years!!! I’m impressed w/​this company & so grateful for the reliable service they provided.
