Sunday afternoon during Super Bowl season, and my mailbox lock is broken. I took it out hoping to buy a replacement but all of the locksmiths close by only wanted to do service calls. As I increased my search radius, I ended up calling John’s service, and after identifying the specific lock I needed, allowed me to travel to meet him for a replacement. Thanks to him I saved a bunch and had the problem fixed within an hour!

I highly recommend John at A&A Locksmith. He was professional on the phone, was able to quote what rekeying 3 of my locks would cost, was on time and didn’t have any hidden costs. The service call wasn’t the cheapest you can find for a Locksmith, but he didn’t have any hidden costs either. My previous experience with the last locksmith I hired for a $ 29 service call was a rip off. The base price kept on building way beyond what John would have charged me for the same job including materials, labor and service call. He told me about the scammers and the hooks that consumers fall for. And I did. big time! I have A&A’s phone number in my phone now if I need them in the future.

Before we moved into our new home we had a lot of foot traffic from contractors so I wanted all of our doors re-​keyed. John came that day, changed the locks, and added a deadbolt to our side door. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I would definitely use A&A again.

Everything started with an extremely embarrassing moment of breaking my key inside the ignition, I was calling around getting quotes John was amazing he gave me a very accurate and fair quote over the phone, came to my rescue within 20 minutes and saved my life. absolutely amazing customer service, extremely quick and had an amazing price. Sunday morning and my keys are locked in the trunk of my extremely difficult Audi S4. And in 40 min I am back on the road again thanks to AA. Professionally done. Lock tools and then pulled the door mechanism out to reset the alarm. 1 2 3 and I was back on the road. And their price was lower than others i quoted who said my car would be to difficult. So I highly recommend these guys!!. No problem.

Got locked out of the bedroom. Called at 10pm. Came in within 20 min. Got me in the room in 1 minute. Then rekeyed all my house (8 locks) in about an hour. Great service. Friendly guy even this late. Didnt rush. Did everything right.

John just completed the job in repairing the worn out ignition lock on my Honda Odyssey. I could get the key in but could not turn it. Turns out that this is a fairly common problem with Hondas. John arrived on time and completed the job in about an hour, which was less than what he estimated and the price was great… about 1⁄3 of what a dealer would have charged. I would highly recommend him.
Update 12.7.15 Had issues with the ignition key again so I called John. He spent 4+ hours making it right and he did not charge me extra. Now that is what I call integrity! A customer for life.

Lost one of two master keys, dunno if it was lost or got stolen. Was not comfortable without a 2nd one so I looked up Unilocal and I saw this guy with 5 stars aplenty. You can never go wrong with that kinda rating from a lot of people.
We met up at 8pm, was out of there by 11pm — I was expecting it to be quick, but my Honda was being a pain, both the new key and ignition.
John is the man! This guy is very patient and meticulous. And you can tell he’s really good at what he does. I got an extra key and all were (including the ones that I did have) reprogrammed and he also rekeyed the door and ignition — the lost key would now be useless.
Great guy. Outstanding service. Definitely recommended!

My boyfriend and I were locked out of my Toyota Camry at 10:00 PM outside of Whole Foods with melting ice cream and perishables. John showed up within 15 minutes and literally opened my door within 2 minutes. I have never experienced any locksmith that is so fast and efficient. It turned our ordeal into no big deal. John came through on a Sunday afternoon dealing with a stubborn Honda Pilot ignition in a crowded Costco lot.
He was the 6th call from my Unilocal findings and in comparison his price was on the lower end of the pricing spectrum, which included new parts and a year warranty. Others offered no warranty and were charging a lot more after all said and done.
I went with John first because his price was competitive and secondly, he was available on short notice, but in the end, it’s the effort, integrity and quality you appreciate.
As most Unilocal users now know to ignore an off comment among high ratings, John’s feedback and 5 stars is as advertised!
