Travis Martin and his crew were really wonderful… knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk with, punctual, smart and polite. It was a pleasure and relief to have them solve and fix the problems we were having with an improperly installed, old, tankless water heater. Their work is solid. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Travis Martin Plumbing is the best plumber service I have ever experienced. Travis is very experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. His crew that came to my house, Hunter and Brian, and assisted Travis on our project were clean, respectful, and did an amazing job. When I asked them if they work a lot of late nights, their response was «we do and we don’t mind it because we are helping people like you get out of a jam that is impacting your family»…enough said!
Backdrop on what they did… we had a leaking water heater last night that required us to shut off the main valve to our house. I called my GC, Rich Gallardo, and he immediately called TMP and Travis called me back right away. He showed up at my house early today to assess the issue and worked to revise his schedule to make sure he could help us resolve the issue today being that we had no running water and a b-​day party at our house tomorrow. We ended up replacing our old water heater with a tankless water heater and we cannot be more pleased with the change and extremely pleased with TMP crew overall.
If you ever have a plumbing issue, I would highly recommend calling Travis at TMP. They will exceed your expectations all the way around.

Travis Martin Plumbing completed the plumbing for our entire remodel: Two kitchens, 3.5 baths and an outside shower. They installed the underground supply and sewer lines, water heater tanks, recirculating system and put the finishing touches on the plumbing hardware, toilets, sinks, faucets… etc…I’m sure I’m forgetting something. TMP — professional and competent.

Travis and his staff just completed a whole-​house repiping job for us here, and we are extremely pleased with his work. He replaced the toilet, faucets, and shower heads in each bathroom in keeping with the new drought regulations, and figured out the best way to keep the water flowing for as much time as possible, so we could still use the… erm… «facilities.» ;-) Most importantly, he completed the job with great integrity. Travis has that rarest of qualities in a home repair person: trustworthiness. He gets the job done right, he shows up on time, and he charges a fair price for his high-​quality work.
I will be calling him again whenever I need plumbing work. He’s a keeper.

I only wish I could post a picture of our new tankless water heater that Travis and his guys installed at our home today! It sits outside the house for all to see and I was worried it would look junky… but WOW … I don’t think I’ve ever seen such clean lines in plumbing before. I had to take a pic of it! Travis used the best materials in the installation and will be back every year to change the filter and check up on it. He is so personable and professional and so are his guys. I felt totally comfortable having them at my house all day working. If you want a great guy with awesome work ethics… he’s your man!

Travis was the first to respond to my initial calls about switching to a tankless water heater, came the same day to look at the job, and I had a quote by days end. He responded promptly to all my MANY emails with follow-​up questions and was honest about what would and would not work for my home. So glad I found a plumber that I am comfortable with and that I trust. Plus he’s on the mountain!

Tried to contact Travis at his office and cell but he Doesn’t answer my calls. I have a leak on my water heater and decided to call him based on the Unilocal reviews. I left voice mail yesterday and no answer. Today left voice mail again and still didn’t return my call. Does not deserve 5stars at all. Here is 1 star to balance things out.

WOW! What a fantastic guy! Travis and his crew put in a hybrid water heater for us and did a wonderful job. He picked up the water heater for me in San Jose, installed it to code (had to do some structural work in order to get it to code because the previous water heater had not been installed correctly), made sure everything was working well, and cleaned up EVERYTHING! He collaborated well with my electrician whom he had never met.
Travis is very professional but also very personable. What a great combination of attributes.

Travis Martin is a skilled plumber! He fixed my gas fireplace leak for $ 50.00. I had 3 quotes between $ 900.00 and $ 1300.00. He checked something out that the other plumbers failed to do. He was prompt calling me back, very polite and accommodating. Clean and professional. He will be our plumber of choice from now on.

Talk about coming to the rescue!
We had a major issue with the garbage disposal that basically caused the sink to be unusable for our family. Not only was Travis skilled and great around the chaos of a large family he was early for our appointment. Travis met our busy schedule at time that was best for us.
His work is clean and professional. Obviously a top-​notch professional. It is obvious that Travis likes being a part of a large community of Boulder Creek and is a high character tradesman.
We would recommend and hire Travis again in a second.

Very Professional and Prompt. Kept to Budget. Travis was easy to talk with and walked me through the entire process. He installed a Tankless Water heater — hauled away my old broken sears water heater — installed some new piping, electrical and insulation. I will be calling Travis for my bathroom remodel.
