Only giving one star cause I can’t write the review if I don’t rate it, first off let me just state that I have been going here for a few weeks getting gel manicure and pedicure which they OVER charge for a poor job !! But it’s the only place close enough to my house where I can get a gel manicure. SO I recently got a gel manicure I paid over 40 plus tip to this lady. I always take care of my nails and this freaking lady globbed on SO MUCH NAIL POLISH and made me put it under the UV Light it started bubbling and I mentioned it to her she said it was my fault I probably touched the light while letting it settle in there…-_-. Whatever she fixed it then short after she finished all the nails she put the alcohol that I guess finishes the look. IT F********king smudge. Gel manicure already set in place after you polish !!! Then I mentioned it AGAIN, she looked annoyed. But fixed it. Whatever I left okay cause they still looooked decent. 3 days later all the nails chip ! ALLLLLLLLLLLLL of them. Which has never happened to me ever. I called and told them and asked them nicely if there was anyway she can fix the nails and I explained what happened, she told me Come she would fix them (she didn’t mention she would charge) finally one of the ladies attended me she did an amazing job can’t complain. Then I say thank you so much have a happy new year and they tell me «total is $ 23.00» I was like excuse me? She’s like yes it’s $ 23.00 I’m like shocked and confused because she never told me she would charge me the full total again PLUS she started yelling at me. Never have I been so pissed and felt hassled out of my money. I paid for 2 gel manicures full price under 3 days. I understand it’s a service but if you charge make sure you do it right. I’m never returning ever. Place looks like a shithole and there was a dirty ass rodent in the waxing room which isn’t sanitary. Very upset don’t come here if you care about quality and good customer service, it was just a horrible experience overall.

So I am not one to harp on color, racisim etc but today i walked into this location with my daughter. I GREETED the 2 high and mighty ladies chillin there with no customers. Soon as I greeted them another customer walks in. I politely told the lovely ladies (who were chillin) that i would like to have my daughters hair washed and dried. To my horror they both said we dont wash and dry here. Go to the salon 2 blocks up.
Stunned that maybe I had accidentally walked into a restaurant that served fish and chips on hair driers. I walked out the store and looked at the store sign. It clearly said hair salon.
I looked at my daughter smiled as she could not fathom what just happened. I thanked the ladies and decided to drive 2 blocks up to the salon they mentioned.
On a hunch I decided to circle back to the hair salon that serves fish and chips on hair driers but dont actually wash hair. I pulled up slowly and to my utter excitement and gastronomical flabbergastation I witnessed one of the ladies who was chillin lovingly washing the hair of the customer who walked in seconds after I did.
My daughter said to me «hey daddy how come they are washing her hair and not mine? I said well honey they are going to put some fish and chips in the customers hair when they are done. You dont want fish and chips in your hair do you?. She laughed and said «no daddy»
To my dear ladies. I will be back to wash my hair and you better wash it even though I am bald. You are going to find some hair to wash. Some darn black man hair.
